Yes, it was dry and very warm for the time of the year. Hello ! Couldn't wait to get on my bike after work and I set off around 7.30 pm for a 50K ride along the backroads to avoid car traffic. It was still pretty muddy on the small 'Farmer John' roads but I managed to keep a good speed throughout the ride. Was accompanied by some shrieking birds for a while whilst speeding along on a small tarmac road through the fields. I saw nothing but quick shapes but I think they were seagulls. Resting in the fields and disturbed by my 40 Watt HID lights no doubt.
Back home I noticed I recorded a temperature of 12 degrees average during the ride..november is breaking all records.
