I still felt the muscles ache from last thursdays' fast ride but started on another Tacx Satori ride, taking it easy and building up the speed gradually. After 50 minutes I decided to end the ride, my legs were starting to feel tired and I didn't want to involve my lower back any more than necessary. Still, I had a good ride at a 40kph average speed. Afterwards a good streching session and some Core Stab exercises were on the menu.
