last session chez the Kine yesterday yo straighten out my middle back. Pain flaring into my shoulder and around the thorax has gone, only a little bit of soreness around the spine between the shoulder blades remains. Yesterday he took my neck and untied th eknots there, allowing some warm and wet gelatinous mass to work miracles for 15 minutes while I almost dozed off on the table.
Today I was ready for a ride on the Tacx Satori and it went quite well. I eased back on the speed a little but still managed a good average whilst reading further into The Shining, wherein Jack Torrance was slowly but surely losing his marbles; whilst Metallica's Death Magnetic sounded through the earpieces.
