It was raining slightly when I left with the Psychlo-X for a road ride. The snow had melted and left a lot of water on the trails so the decision to stay on-road was quickly made. I started out over the Zoete Waters and Sint Joris Weert towards the Langendaal and then taking a left towards Sint Agatha Rode. Left again a back to Sint Joris where I took a right turn towards Nethen. The wind was blowing in my favor now but the drizzle remained and kept myself and the roads wet. Over Hamme Mille and Gottechain I reached Beauvechain where I took a left towards Opvelp. Into Bierbeek and over the Haasrode Industrie to reach the Heverlee forest. Almost collided with a dog without a leach when I rode towards the War Cemetery. Good for an adrenaline rush but I was quite angry with the irresponsible owner. I don't want to imagine what would have happened if I had fallen off. Finishing the ride over the Sapellenbos and into Blanden. The legs felt fine and the averse weather and conditions provided quite a challenge to overcome and ride the bike.

Some heavy rain is forecast for the late afternoon and night so I'm guessing the snow will be gone by tomorrow, leaving behind a lot of mud and water. Today I settled as usual for a ride on the Tacx Satori. My legs felt fine and I was able to maintain a good pace with a average heartrate of 98 bpm.
Today saw the return of positive temperatures and I made a long mid-day walk at work. In the early evening I settled on the Tacx Satori for a 53-minute ride. My legs felt sore from yesterdays' cardio-core session but after a while they loosened up a bit. Could maintain a good speed.
Minus 6 degrees C this morning. Clear skies and snow on th eground cooled off the earth quite well. A short midday walk around the KBC block was all I could find time for during the day but in the afternoon I went for 50 minutes on the rollers. The legs felt fine and rested and I could maintain a hight pace and low average heartrate.
