Cold or wet or dark, it was always something this week and I was glad to get on the Tacx Satori in the late afternoon for a quick spin to loosen up my legs. I have been walking quite regularly this week and also had a very good core workout on tuesday. That workout left me sore for a couple of days but today my legs and hips felt fine and I enjoyed the ride.
Colder weather today but unfortunately when I got home it was nearly dark. So I got on the Tacx Satori again, this time for 40 minutes with a good pace.
