Another ride on the Hilset, with its rear wheel clasped in the Tacx Satori. The legs are fine. Doing the Core-stability exercises for a couple of days now and it feels as if I need to master control of muscles I was previously unaware of. Slowly making progress and I have been feeling some muscles ache in places I have not felt muscles ache before. Hope I am doing them right. I have a new appointment with the kine next wednesday.

Got on the Tacx Satori this morning for 40 minutes of recovery. I am starting a new book on my Kindle, The return of the Sorcerer , a collection of short tales by Clark Ashton-Smith. I have read most of them earlier in my life but it still fills me with an eery feeling browsing through the unspeakable horrors that he so masterly describes. Late-evening stuff.

A visit to Ellen Delie - kinesitherapist- yesterday and I received 3 exercises to start my Core Stabilization programme. Little exercises but they prove very hard to do. Tensing the right muscle in my abdomen, moving my leg for a couple of cm's at a time and rotating my pelvis without using my back. Lots of concentration and feel is needed.
I must do these exercise twice each day.
Started out with an hour on the Tacx Satori, finishing my read of F.Paul Wilsons' Sibs. Legs felt good, no problem there.
After wards I completed the first time my CS exercises. Will take a while to get the feel for them but I am taking this one step at a time.

Had an appointment with kinesitherapist Ellen Delie this morning. Looks like my pelvis and especially the muscles and tendons surrounding it, needs to be strenghtened and the next couple of weeks we will work on that.
Arriving home I got out for a forest walk. Some 5.5K of it.
Arriving home I got on the Tacx Satori for a recovery ride for half an hour.
