A visit to Ellen Delie - kinesitherapist- yesterday and I received 3 exercises to start my Core Stabilization programme. Little exercises but they prove very hard to do. Tensing the right muscle in my abdomen, moving my leg for a couple of cm's at a time and rotating my pelvis without using my back. Lots of concentration and feel is needed.
I must do these exercise twice each day.
Started out with an hour on the Tacx Satori, finishing my read of F.Paul Wilsons' Sibs. Legs felt good, no problem there.
After wards I completed the first time my CS exercises. Will take a while to get the feel for them but I am taking this one step at a time.
