With a southwesterstorm raging outside, cycling or hiking was out of the question, at least until noon. So to keep myself busy and to recover my legs from yesterdays' 16K hike, I rode 30 minutes on the Hilset on the Tacx Satori. Legs were feeling better afterwards.
Time for a ride. I installed a Tacx speed and cadence sensor so I was keen to check that out. Connected via Ant+ to my Garmin Vivoactive HR this meant I had all relevant information on one device. The fact that the Garmin communicates with Garmin Connect, Strava and Endomondo also means that all data was online before I started my shower. I felt fine and managed a good average. Legs felt OK.
