There was a cold unpleasant wind blowing from the North this morning. I waited until 10AM but the sun was nowhere to be seen. So I took the Psychlo-X out for a ride. I has it back on road tyres - the trusted Schwalbe Marathon S in 28mm size - so it rolled smoothly. Riding along the Expressweg to reach the Tiensesteenweg and taking that toward - you guessed it -Tienen. Was home rather late from work today but since this was my cycling day I got on the Tacx Satori for an hour of fast recovery cycling. Legs felt great and I enjoyed the ride. Reading a book of Toni Coppers on the Kindle and enjoying some music on Spotify.
Fine weather today and with an extra rest day yesterday I was keen to get on the rollers for 40 minutes of recovery training. Legs felt fine and rested.
