Felt rested today so I decided to take the Moots out on a spin along my Meerdael Loop. I decided on the last part of it, riding it in the opposite direction. This makes for a completely different loop, turning all the climbs into descents and vice versa. Needless to say, the loop was pretty intense heightmeter-wise but I rode it very relaxed and with an easy pace. The tracks were very dry and it feels like a bit of rain wouldn't hurt the forest. Lets just hope it doesn't rain too much because when it rains in Belgium it usually tends to be overdone. I had a new rear shifter cable mounted by Filip Sport the other day and the shifting was flawless now. If the weather says relatively calm during the next few days I might venture towards the Ardennes again during the weekend.
