It has been freezing outside for 2 days now and with an ambient temperature of minus 10 to 12 degrees the choice was quickly made. Opting for a ride on the Tacx Satori . I rode 2 blocks of 5km a bit more intense and was pleased to see my heartrate stay relatively low and my legs able to cope with the added stress.
