Time for a spin on the Tacx Satori. I started again with a slightly higher resistance - 3 on a scale of 10 - and every 5K I did a about 20 to 30 seconds on the highest resistance until I could feel the pain in my muscles. Legs felt stronger than in the beginning of the week but I still have a long way to go. had to concentrate on making perfect circles. At the end of the ride the average was a little higher than last monday.
