Time for a spin on the Tacx Satori. I started with a slightly higher resistance - 3 on a scale of 10 - and every 5K I did a couple of rounds at full resistance. This only took about 20 to 30 seconds until I could feel the pain in my muscles. I have lost a lot of my strenght the last couple of years, focussing on high revs and supple riding. But I will try to make my legs stronger again, with cycling and also doing some more squats and lunges during my Core and Pilates workouts.
