Home in the late afternoon and it had been raining all day. I had only time for a quick spin on the Tacx Satori. I managed to get a good 20K in, with some higher difficulty towards the end. The legs felt fine and I could maintain a good speed whilst keeping my heartrate at an average 108bpm
