There was a cold unpleasant wind blowing from the North this morning. I waited until 10AM but the sun was nowhere to be seen. So I took the Psychlo-X out for a ride. There was a road tour passing in our street so I settled on following those arrows. They went towards Haasrode, Bierbeek, Opvelp and Beauvechain. Keeping on following them over Tourinnes and Hamme Mille into Nethen. Here they took a left turn towards Pecrot but I decided to cut off towards Sint Joris Weert and the Weertse Dreef. The wind was nasty and I did not feel like riding any more than an hour. Legs were ok and upon checking I found my average heartrate to be in the safe zone.
