Fine weather today but I chose for half an hour on the Tacx Satori rollers . I could maintain a high speed and managed to loosen up my muscles very well during this workout. The weather forecast for the next week calls for cold nights but relatively warm days with temperatures around 10 degrees C and dry weather.
