Arriving home late from work I did not feel like venturing out for a long ride. So I decided on a succession of Haasrode Industrie Laps. First I did 2 long laps of 8K and then I did another 2 short laps, around 2.4K each. Legs felt fine but I could feel some sore muscles from the Pilates session I did yesterday. In all I had a good ride, not too stressful and just what my leg muscles needed to recover from last sundays' 90K ride.
