Yesterday I had my first run since many years. Or at least I tried to run. But I quickly settled for a 1min walk/1 min run shedule that took me 2.5K far in 18 minutes. Its been a while. Today I settled for an hour on the Tacx Satori. My legs were sore in places they had not been sore in since many years. So I started out easy and accelerated when the pain began to subside while my muscles warmed up. I started with the sequel of The Shining - Dr Sleep - on my Kindle . After the ride I did a 15 minute stretching and Core Stab session.
