The pain in my upper back has now almost completely left my body , leaving me with an opportunity again to incorporate Core Stab exercises after my cycling workouts. I got on the Tacx Satori today for an hour of easy pedalling on the lowest resistance. Afterwards I did some long stretches and then the core stab exercises for the deep abdominal and lower back muscles.
