A day off from work so a prefect opportunity to take the Moots PsychlX for a short spin. Starting in light drizzle but the temperature was around 12 degrees C and there was a little breeze blowing from the southwest. Through Meerdael Forest into Sint Joris Weert. Onwards to Nethen and Hamme Mille and then up to Beauvechain. Here I took a left towards Opvelp and another left into Bierbeek and Mollendaal where I entered Meerdael Forest again. Take a detour along the Blanden Cemetary where my mother is buried. Its All Saints today and I will visit her again later. 
Arriving home I spent 25 minutes doing Core Stab exercises.
