A walk at work at noon yielded me 2.5K in freezing temperatures. When I got home I got on the Tacx Satori for a workout that had me 20 minutes at resistance level 1, followed by 20 minutes at level 2 and 10 minutes at level 3 . I then went down to resistance 2 for another 10 minutes and finished off with 10 minutes at level 1. Good workout of the leg muscles.
