Had a walk at noon at Work, totalling 1.9km. More than doing nothing and it settles the foord in the stomach just fine. When I got home I got on the Tacx for a ride taking me through 20 minutes of Resistance Levels 2 and 3 and then up to Level 4 for 5 minutes before cooling down on Level 1 for another 5. This gave me a good workout. There is talk that the annual B.Strong against Cancer initiative at KBC will consist of a ride from Leuven to the Mont Ventoux. In 6 or 7 stages averaging 120K a day. I have shown an interest and look forward to taking part should I be excepted.
