Noon saw me on another 2.7K walk at work. A good stretch for the legs and some extra kcals burned. The evening saw me back on the Tacx Satori. I went up through resistance 2 and ended off with a 20 minutes stretch on resistance 3. That upped the average heartrate a bit . I cooled down with two 5 minute periods on resistance 2 and 1 at my highest gear.
