At the end of the day it looked like it would stay dry so I rode out. Overcast but near of the end the sun came through. With temperatures around 21 degrees C and a wind from the south to southeast it wasn't half bad to ride. Started out over Bierbeek towards Meldert , riding on towards Hoegaarden but making a right turn just before entering  Hauthem. Over small tarmac roads until I came into L'Eglise. From there another succession of traffic-free smaller roads towards La Bruyere. Here I took a right turn and rode through Beauvechain and Opvelp towards Neervelp. Taking a left towards Bremt and then along the N40 back to Bierbeek and Haasrode.
Nice little relaxed ride with an average heartrate of 120bpm.
