Today saw another kind of weather, less wind and the sun was out in the morning. Starting around 9.30AM I decided to ride up to Hoegaarden and follow the Ravel 2 towards Eghezee. The bike rode sweetly with its new wheels. They seem to settle because the freewheel sounds a little more angry-bee-like every day. The ceramic bearing make for a very smooth ride. I really feel the difference , riding the same tyres these wheel just roll faster. Good for the average speed and it keep the heartrate down.
When I reached Eghezee I turned on the N91 and with the wind in my back speeded towards Hamme Mille. In Hamme Mille I turned left towards Nethen and finished the ride over Sint Joris Weert , the Zoete Waters and Vaalbeek. Very nice workout.
