Took half a day off to have the time for a long road ride. I had adjusted the 145 distance of the Biz'on the Bike ride for around 135K. That meant - because I would not do the stretch from the start to the Zoete Waters and from the Zoete Waters back to the end at Arenberg - that I would end up between 120 and 125K. This proved to be correct because in the end I had 123K. Not bad for a afternoon ride. The sun came out about 45 minutes into the ride and the weather was quite pleasant to ride in. Except for the wind which bothered me most the last 20K or so. Those were hard kilometers but I managed to hold on to my average of just under 26kph. With an average heartbeat of 125bpm I could only be happy with my current form. You can find the track of my ride below this text.
