Another power training this evening. My morning pulse was back under the 45bpm limit, which to me indicates I have recuperated. I am more or less following the Tour de Flandres program, because they offer a bit of change in my normal shedule and the legs have to adapt to another kind of stress. Legs felt good so my actual heartrate during the high resistance bits stayed lower than last week. Goodie. My wrist is healing slowly, I have seen an interesting ride on the calender for this weekend so I'm hoping the weather will dry out.
