To update on the situation with Justin Credible, he had already been written off by the company prior to his release earlier this week. It appears that Credible had no-showed an ECW taping and made no effort to communicate with WWE.
Credible had been calling different promoters this week looking for bookings prior to being informed via fax of his release from WWE by John Laurinaitis. WWE has yet to officially announce his release.

On Tuesday night, Hardcore Holly suffered a deep cut approximately 15 centimeters across the left side of his back when he and Rob Van Dam went through a table at the ECW on Sci Fi show in Tulsa, Okla.
Holly was treated on the scene by WWE physician Dr. Ferdinand Rios.
"Holly required 24 stitches to close the wound," explained Rios. "The injury went all the way down to the fatty tissue; the layer right above the muscle. The injury shouldn't cause him too much of a problem other than the risk of infection from a dirty ring; he'll be on antibiotics to prevent that. The stitches will stay in for ten days and he probably will not be able to wrestle for ten days."

Persoonlijk leven
Voordat hij een worstelaar was had Orton zich opgegeven voor het United States Marine Corps. Orton werd oneervol ontslagen na ongeveer een jaar nadat hij twee maal weg was gegaan zonder toestemming en een order van een officier niet had opgevolgd. Onder de Militaire wet werd Orton schuldig bevonden en werd in een militaire gevangenis gestopt voor achtendertig dagen. Omdat dit voor de wetswijziging in 2002 was, kreeg Orton hierdoor geen strafblad.
Terwijl hij op RAW was werd Orton beschuldigd dat hij mede WWE werknemersAmy Weber en Rochelle Loewen had gekwetst wat leidde tot het verlaten van het bedrijf door Weber, terwijl Loewen naar SmackDown! verhuisde (ze werd later ontslagen). Loewen claimde dat hij haar bezittingen kapot had gemaakt en dat hij racistische opmerkingen naar haar had gemaakt en noemde hem een beest. Hier moet wel worden opgemerkt dat Ortons vriend Mark Jindrak enkele aantijgingen van Loewen te niet deed in een interview met Voice of Wrestling en claimde dat Orton zijn excuses had aangeboden rond de tijd van de Royal Rumble 2005, en dat mede Diva Search deelnemer (en uiteindelijke winnaar) Christy Hemme had ontkend dat ze wist van de aantijgingen in een interview met The Sun.
Orton leidt aan hypermobiele schouders.

Nashville, TN, September 24, 2006 Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling announced today that Olympic gold medalist and pro wrestling megastar Kurt Angle has signed exclusively with the company. It was also announced that TNA iMPACT! will move to 9:00 PM ET/PT Thursdays on Spike TV starting November 16.
Reasons behind his release have now become public. While out of the ring since April, Wright had been rehabbing leg injuries and was reportedly close to being ready to return to action this month. WWE management were said to have been unhappy with his commitment to return to the ring, with the general feeling being he was doing the bare minimum to get back in shape.
In addition, there were said to have been numerous issues with Wright not checking in with doctors when he was scheduled to do so. He had been warned a few times about his conduct, but despite the warnings he made no effort to change his behavior and was then let go by the company. As noted before, Wright was scheduled to return to Smackdown sometime this month as promos began airing on Friday Night Smackdown pushing his return.
