MANCHESTER, England As The Nexus once again threatened the future of SmackDown, World Heavyweight Champion Kane facilitated Edges loss to David Otunga in a Lumberjack Match, while The Rated-R Superstar caused The Devils Favorite Demon to fall to Big Show.
Big Show def. World Heavyweight Champion Kane in a Non-Title Match (WATCH | PHOTOS) In a major clash of SmackDown's titans, Big Show ultimately reigned supreme over World Heavyweight Champion Kane, thanks in part to the maniacal actions of Edge.
Prior to the match, Kane could not find Paul Bearer. He did, however, find his fathers mystical urn and definite signs of a struggle.
When it looked as if The Big Red Monster was about to chokeslam his gigantic adversary for the victory, Edge emerged with Paul Bearer in tow, tied to a wheelchair, hysterical with fear. As The Master Manipulator threatened to push The Father of Destruction off the top of the ramp, The Worlds Largest Athlete used the distraction to chokeslam his horrific opponent for the win.
Dashing Cody Rhodes taunted the WWE Universe in Manchester (WATCH | PHOTOS) Dashing Cody Rhodes came before the Manchester crowd to school them on their alleged bad teeth and general lack of hygiene. However, The WWE Universe was not impressed with Rhodes advice.
Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler def. MVP in an Intercontinental Championship Match (WATCH | PHOTOS) Last week, MVP became the No. 1 contender to the Intercontinental Championship with a whirlwind Triple Threat Match victory over Dashing Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre.
This week despite the noticeable absence of his girlfriend, Vickie Guerrero, at ringside Dolph Ziggler overcame The Franchise Playas challenge with the Zig Zag, after the referee failed to see MVPs leg on the ropes.
David Otunga def. Edge in a Lumberjack Match (WATCH | PHOTOS) On Monday Night Raw, Wade Barrett informed David Otunga that if he lost to Edge on SmackDown, he would be excommunicated from The Nexus. But, The Ultimate Opportunist would not be an easy mark, as he searched for momentum just nine days before challenging World Heavyweight Champion Kane for the title at Survivor Series. From the beginning of the high-stakes match, the SmackDown Lumberjacks wasted little time neutralizing The Nexus Lumberjacks, clearing the way for the home team to have its way with Otunga any time he was outside the ring.
In the matchs climactic moments just when Edge looked ready to hit the Spear on the A-Lister World Heavyweight Champion Kane emerged, blasting his No. 1 contender with the chokeslam. While the referee was distracted, Otunga picked up the win.
Natalya def. self-professed Co-Divas Champion Layla in a Non-Title Match (WATCH | PHOTOS) Nine days before she will face both members of Team Lay-Cool for the Divas Title at Survivor Series (match preview), Natalya scored a huge non-title victory over Layla, making one-half of the self-professed Co-Divas Champions tap out to the Sharpshooter.
Alberto Del Rio def. Kofi Kingston (WATCH | PHOTOS) After escaping Trouble in Paradise, Alberto Del Rio made Kofi Kingston tap out to the cross armbreaker. Following the match, however, the aristocratic Superstar was treated to a surprise 619, compliments of Rey Mysterio.
SmackDowns Official Consultant Vickie Guerrero made a Lumberjack Match (WATCH | PHOTOS) In charge of SmackDown in General Manager Theodore Longs absence, Vickie Guerrero was determined to keep control of Friday night, despite the presence of The Nexus. With that in mind, Guerrero added a lumberjack stipulation to the match between Edge and David Otunga. She also proclaimed that Otungas Nexus cohorts and the entire SmackDown locker room would serve as lumberjacks.
When Guerrero demanded that Edge shake Otungas hand in the spirit of English sportsmanship, the nine-time World Champion followed the gesture up by Spearing his impending foe off the ring apron and onto his fellow Nexus members.

Drew McIntyre def. Kaval (WATCH | PHOTOS) Kaval just cant seem to make it happen. Since winning the competitive second season of WWE NXT, the talented grappler has been unable to score a win as a WWE Superstar. The Brooklyn, N.Y., natives woes continued tonight as he locked up with the sinister Drew McIntyre in a hard-hitting match that saw both brawlers pulling out everything in their arsenal to stop the other man. But, in the end, it was the Scottish Superstars Future Shock DDT which scored the victory and delivered Kaval yet another loss.
Ezekiel Jackson def. Primo (WATCH | PHOTOS) Theres a thin line between brave and stupid and Primo crossed it tonight. Assuming the Puerto Rican Superstar had watched Ezekiel Jacksons match against Zack Ryder from last Mondays Raw, he had to know he was walking into a war zone. Still, the WWE NXT season three Pro didnt seem intimidated as he stepped in the ring with the 300-plus-pound Harlem, N.Y., native. Primos arrogance did him no favors as he was completely obliterated by Big Zeke and slammed into the mat for a devastating loss.
Yoshi Tatsu def. Zack Ryder (WATCH | PHOTOS) As two of Raws youngest Superstars, Yoshi Tatsu and Zack Ryder are both hungry to work their way up the card, so each competitor was desperate to pick up the win tonight. For The Long Island Loudmouth, this meant pulling out every underhanded trick in the book in attempt to steal a victory. But the rambunctious Tatsu relied on his snap speed and devastating kicks to incapacitate his opponent and roll him up for the 1-2-3.

Former WWE & TNA star Sean "X-Pac" Waltman went on Twitter yesterday and said he's working on getting a DX reunion together. Waltman wrote:
"Im working on getting a tour of Europe w/a DX Reunion of Myself & The New Age Outlaws. Any reputable promoters interested, FB mesg me."
When asked by a Twitter follower how he'd be able to promote a DX reunion when WWE owns the rights to the DX trademarks, Waltman replied:
"Well .....Who cares? There would have no longer been a DX when Shawn quit after losing to Austin. We were the real degenerates."
Later, he spoke about the most recent incarnation of DX (Shawn Michaels, Triple H and all that bad comedy):
"Everyone already had that watered down version of a dx reunion. Not HHH & Shawns fault though .. I just mean that the content was watered down because of the whole PG thing. No disrespect. I love them both dearly."

We open the show with a video package reliving the events of Turning Point as Fortune defeated EV2.0 and sent Sabu packing, Abyss paid off the Congregation to turn on the Pope, and Jeff Hardy defeated Matt Morgan to retain the TNA World Title.
We head to the Impact Zone as Immortal (minus Jeff Hardy) makes their way out to the ring for our standard, show-opening promo. Bischoff opens by assuring us that Immortal loves all of us from the bottom of his heart, and introduces all the members of the group: Abyss, who outsmarted Pope and out-Congregationed the Congregation, Jeff Jarrett (who put on an MMA clinic and is the whole reason were here), and then AJ Styles says that at the end of the day, its all about Fortune, and now Sabu is pointing to the sky in the unemployment line. AJ says hes going to send another one of them home tonight when he cripples Stevie Richards. Bischoff takes the mic back and says the biggest moment of the night was the first title defense of the TNA/Immortal World Champion, Jeff Hardy! Speaking of the champion, here he comes now, and he gets in the ring and shakes hands with the entire group before grabbing the mic to address the crowd. He says that Turning Point was the coming out party for himself as he annihilated Matt Morgan and left his dreams with the invisibility of the wind. Crowd starts chanting overrated at Hardy, and Hardy says hes not overrated, he is the Chosen One and drank from the holy cup of Hulkamania, and will now and forever be Immortal. Bischoff says the night is about the get more exciting because we have a special guest, and its the one and only TRUE IMMORTAL, Hulk Hogan! Here comes the Hulkster himself, and hes got the NWO beard going. Crowd starts a Hogan chant as Jeff hands him the microphone and steps to the back respectfully. Hogan says when he came to TNA to run the company, the one thing he requested and had to have was Ric Flair, because without Ric Flair, you just dont have a wrestling company. Hes spent the weeks chasing leads and deals, and hes been taking care of the next big thing for Immortal, and Ric Flairs done a great job keeping everything together here, and the bar that he raised caused everyone else to step up or get out. Now that theyve got Immortal working like clockwork, hes got a surprise for the champ. The lights go out, and the WWE Divas Title belt lowers from the ceiling. Oh wait, my mistake, its a new custom title belt designed specifically for Jeff Hardy that just LOOKS like the Divas Title. Hogan takes the old title belt and hands the new one to Hardy, and now that hes drank from the cup of Hulkamania, he is Immortal, and the belt represents everlasting life because he is the greatest wrestler of all time. Hogans says hes not used to taking out the trash, but in this case, Dixie Carter and her whole wrestling company are represented by that belt (which he takes and drops in a trash can Fortune brought to the ring with them), and if theres anyone left who wants to fight Immortal, then the only thing they can still do, its drop to their knees and pray.
Suddenly, Popes music hits and hes out in the Congregation. You know, the same folks who turned on him at Turning Point. Bischoff asks him what he wants, and Pope says that the prayers of the Congregation have been answered because Pope has arrived. Crowd starts chanting for Pope, and Pope tells Easy E that after what he pulled at Turning Point by paying off his family, he has a casket that was meant for Abyss, but hes going to take Bischoffs over the hill behind, put it in the casket, and push the casket over the edge of the ramp, and watch him crash and burn, and theres nothing Bischoff can do about it. Now Samoa Joes music hits and hes standing at the top of the ramp, and he tells Immortal that the Pope isnt their only problem tonight. Joe hasnt forgotten what Jarrett, Gunner, and Murphy did to him, and he thinks its cute that Jarrett thinks hes a shootfighter, but tells Jarrett to get in the ring and play shootfighter with him, because its going to take more than his new hillbilly girlfriends to put him down. Hey, now RVDs music hits, and he comes out from the other ramp to tell Eric that all the fun hes been having at his expense is over, because after he found out that EV2.0 is the family he always knew it was, it became clear that he only ever had one friend shallow enough to completely sell out because he wanted something that was his. RVD looks at Hardy holding the title that RVD never lost, and he takes great comfort in the knowledge that Jeff knows that one day, hes going to have to face him in the ring, and he wants that match tonight so that he can leave the TNA World Champion. You knew there was going to be one more, and here comes Matt Morgan. He says he means no disrespect to RVD but he wants another match with Hardy first. He says Jeff calls himself the World Champion, but hes not a champion because he exposed him in the middle of the ring at Turning Point and, given the opportunity, hell expose Hardys ass again. Morgan knows he cant but the real heat on Hardy because he knows Hogan is the one whos really pulling the strings. Hogan tells him that hes barking up the wrong tree, and Morgan says he worshipped Hogan as a kid because of his integrity, and thats the whole reason hes on this stage tonight. But looks at Hogan now: wheres the fight? Wheres the never say die attitude? Wheres his balls? Because if he had any, hed stand up and fight them. Hogan says if he wants a fight, thats what hes going to get, because he, Ric Flair (who he calls the greatest wrestler of all time, contradicting his own comments about Hardy earlier), and Eric Bischoff are going to the back to formulate their battle plan. But he wants Morgan to be careful what he wishes for because he just might get it and he can take that to the bank BROTHER.
Okay, now with that nearly half hour long OPENING PROMO out of the way, were at commercial.
Hogan and Bischoff are backstage trying to decide if they believe Morgan, and Flair says that after 30 years its hard to become Immortal without being great. Hogan says while he was gone, he was sitting home and realized how ignorant Matt Morgan is because he was getting booed, and now hes trying to be the savior of TNA. Flair says he just wanted to come out and kiss Hogans ass, and Hogan says if they want a war theyre going to get one. Hogan says hes going to make Samoa Joe vs Gunner & Murphy, Rob Van Dam vs Frankie Kazarian and if RVD beats Kazarian, hell become the number one contender. Hogan also makes Matt Morgan vs Beer Money & Doug Williams, and Flair says that the faces really just want to join Immortal. Flair says Hogan needs to check out some of the new talent around TNA, and they leave the room while Bischoff sits there laughing over how awesome Hogan and Flair are.
Robbie E and Cookie are backstage, and Cookie says that Robbie E took care of Jay Lethal at Turning Point, and she wants Taylor Wilde to know that she may not be a wrestler, but shes from Jersey and knows how to fight.
That leads us to the ring for our opening match
Jay Lethal & Taylor Wilde vs The Shore
Cookie looks really unhappy to be wrestling here, which flies completely in the face of the promo we JUST SAW. But what do I know? Looks like we spent so much time with Hogan, Flair, and Bischoff that we ran out of time in this segment. Were at commercial.
Were back, and Robbie and Cookie are out on the floor running from Lethal and Wilde, and Robbie suckerpunches Lethal and tosses him back in the ring. Lethal quickly turns it around and fires back with some stiff chops to Robbie, but Cookie drags Robbie out to the floor and relative safety. The Shore stalls for more time out on the floor until Cookie orders Robbie back into the ring. Robbie hesitates, so Lethal just hiptosses him back in the ring and chops him again, and Robbie scurries to the corner and the loving embrace of Cookie. Lethal tags in Taylor Wilde, so Robbie tags Cookie in, and she literally runs away from Taylor and tags Robbie in. Robbie menaces Taylor, but doesnt notice Lethal climbing the ropes until he hits him with a flying bodypress for 2. Cookie comes in and grabs Lethals ankle, and that allows Robbie to nail Lethal from behind, but Lethal barely registers before taking Robbie over with an armdrag and then bars the arm. Cookie distracts Lethal and Taylor goes after Cookie, but as the ref takes what felt like ten minutes to escort Taylor out of the ring, Robbie takes nine and a half of those minutes to finally decide to pull Lethals hair. The referee, still with his back turned, completely misses both Robbie and Cookie putting the boots to Lethal. Cookie holds Lethal and Robbie charges, Lethal moves and Robbie nearly hits Cookie, but stops short and turns around right into the Lethal Combination. Cookie jumps on Lethals back and Lethal no-sells, so Cookie tries a kick to the gut and Lethal catches the boot and signals for Taylor to come in. Cookie slips out of her boot and runs out to the floor and Taylor chases her around ringside, and while the ref is busy watching them, Robbie takes Cookies boot and knocks Lethal out with it for the win while Taylor chases Cookie into the ring and runs right past Lethal without thinking to break up the pin.

We go to a video package looking at the history of the Team 3D-Motor City Machine Guns match, and then we go to Team 3D backstage, where theyre WALKING!
We head back out to the Impact Zone, where Team 3D make their way to the ring to address the fans. Bubba puts over the match at Turning Point and theyre proud that they helped pave the way for all the other teams in TNA and they made tag team wrestling in TNA mean something. However, its time for everything to come to an end and theyre glad they got to go out against the Guns, and the only words they can possible say to everyone is thank you very much. Devon says that whether theyve loved or hated them, theyve always showed 3D respect and he wants to thank them, because without the fans there would be on Team 3D. Its time to move on because theyve done everything there is to do, and Bubba wants to go become a rock star and Devon has twin boys that hes going to turn into the next Team 3D, so for the final and last time, he says Without any further ado oh my brother, TESTIFY! 3Ds music hits and they embrace in the middle of the ring, but out of nowhere Bubba nails Devon from behind and stands there glaring at him, and as Devon tries to get up, Bubba just kicks him back down and shakes his head at him.
We come back from commercial and take a look at MOMENTS AGO as Brother Ray turned on Brother Devon. We go to Mike and Taz, and Mike asks Taz if he had any idea this was coming, and Taz said he had no clue and didnt think anyone did.
Still to come: AJ Styles defends the TV Title against Stevie Richards, Matt Morgan takes on Beer Money & Doug Williams, and RVD faces Frankie Kazarian for a shot at the TNA World Title.
We go backstage to Eric Bischoffs office as Bischoff chews out the referees for assigning a punk kid to referee the main event at Turning Point. Bischoff says they embarrassed him at the PPV, and the kid referee says its not the Hebners fault, it was his fault and hell take the blame. Matt Morgan comes in and yells at Bischoff for getting on the kids case, and says he should do the right thing and appoint him the referee for his match against Fortune tonight. Bischoff says hes got it, and tells the referee to do his freakin job.
Back to the ring
Gunner & Murphy vs Samoa Joe
Gunner & Murphy jump Joe before the bell and Joe tries to fight back, but the numbers are against him and they continue pummeling Joe in the corner, Murphy hitting a running Yakuza Kick in the corner and Gunner with a running high knee. Joe comes back on Gunner and hits an exploder suplex, but Gunner made a blind tag to Murphy. Murphy tries to jump Joe from behind, but Joe nails him and hits a leaping enziguiri, then hits a Muscle Buster on Murphy and thats all she wrote.
Winner: Samoa Joe
Murphy nails Joe from behind, but Joe no-sells and starts beating the crap out of Murphy and chokes him out. Jeff Jarrett comes in behind Joe while hes choking Murphy and nails him with a nightstick, and then all three guys put the boots to Joe and Jarrett puts the Ankle Lock on Joe. Suddenly, Kurt Angle comes out of the crowd and suplexes both Gunner and Murphy, and Jarrett turns around and freezes in shock at the sight of Angle before bailing out of the ring and dashing up the ramp to safety. Angle helps Joe up and they stare Jarrett down from the ring.
Immortal is backstage and theyre unhappy with what just happened, and Flair said he doesnt know whats up with Gunner and Murphy and says theyre done. Bischoff says they need to get Angle out of here, and leaves with Abyss to go take care of Angle.
We come back from commercial, and Bischoff tells the camera crew to stick with him so they can get video proof that Angle is there. He goes into the mens room and makes fun of someone in the stall for stinking up the mens room, perhaps thinking it was Angle, but instead the Pope comes out of the stall, punches Bischoff in the gut, then opens another stall that contains Abyss and beats him down, then grabs Bischoff and drags him out of the mens room.
Frankie Kazarian vs Rob Van Dam
Before the match, we are told that Rhinos contract expired and Hogan and Bischoff chose not to renew him. Kazarian attacks Van Dam before the bell and delivers a big hiptoss. Van Dam fires back, but Kazarian goes to the eyes and comes off the ropes but gets sent into the corner and takes a HUGE monkey flip, and then gets sent across the ring for another, even HUGER monkey flip. RVD follows that up with a cartwheel into a moonsault for 2, then repeatedly rams a shoulder into Kazarians ribs in the corner and gets a springboard jump kick to Kazarian. Van DAm with a boot to the face sends Kazarian staggering, but Kazarian dodges a charge and goes up top, but hits a flying bodypress and wipes out both Van Dam and the referee. Van Dam catches Kazarians boot and gets the stepover spinkick, and Ric Flair comes down to ringside with a chair. Rhino comes out and runs right past Flair and into the ring where he just kind of stands there staring at both guys before hitting the Gore on Van Dam, allowing Kazarian to cover him and get the win.
Winner: Frankie Kazarian
Rhino stands in the ring over RVD, and Tommy Dreamer runs in and yells at him and tells him to leave the ring. Rhino starts to leave but then, predictably, grabs a chair and lays Dreamer out with it.
We go backstage to where Pope has dragged Bischoff off to the catacombs of the Impact Zone and is furious at Bischoff for buying off his family. He puts a gold chain and sunglasses on Bischoff since he wants to be Pope and Bischoff feverishly tries to apologize, but Pope tells him to shut up and puts a skincap on Bischoffs head and tells him to rap. Bischoff tries some weak shizzle nizzle stuff, but Pope tells him to shut up and drags him off camera again.
Hogan and Abyss are in Hogans office and Hogan asks Abyss why this is happening and why he let Bischoff out of his sight. Hogan sends Abyss to go rescue Bischoff and rip Popes head off if he sees him.

TV Title Match: AJ Styles vs Stevie Richards
Stevie attacks AJ from behind during his entrance and rolls him in the ring, and were at commercial.
Were back, and the bell rings to officially start the match as Stevie backdrops AJ for 2, then clotheslines him to the floor. Richards goes out after him, but AJ runs back in the ring and kicks Stevie coming in, then hits a springboard moonsault for 2. AJ works Stevie over in the corner, then hits a snapmare and a neck vice, and Stevie escapes and goes for a dropkick, but AJ dodges and Stevie crashes to the mat, and AJ hits a series of elbowdrops and we HIT THE CHINLOCK! Stevie fights out, but AJ catches him coming off the ropes with his SWEET dropkick for 2. AJ chops Stevie in the corner and gouges Stevies face, and Stevie backdrops AJ to the apron but AJ hits him with a forearm from behind. Stevie suddenly comes back with a ton of fire, hitting elbows and clotheslines and gets a 2 count. Stevie goes up for the ten punch count, then gets a hard forearm and charges AJ in the corner, but AJ moves and Stevie hangs himself up in the corner and collapses to the mat. AJ goes out to the apron and comes back in with a springboard something, but Stevie catches him coming down with the Stevie Kick and goes for the cover, but AJ gets his foot on the rope at the last possible moment. Stevie goes for the Stevie Bomb, but YOU CANT POWERBOMB AJ! He slips through and hits the Styles Clash, but instead of dropping him flat, he drops him on the back of his neck and it looks REALLY ugly. AJ covers and gets the win.
Winner: AJ Styles
We see a replay and it looks even nastier than the first time.
Backstage, Pope brings Eric Bischoff over to the casket, punches him in the gut, delivers an uppercut, and dumps Bischoff in the casket, which he then wheels out of the room.
We head out to the Impact Zone as Pope wheels the casket out to ringside, but Abyss comes out of nowhere and blindsides Pope, then opens the casket and tries to revive Bischoff. Pope nails Abyss from behind, closes the casket, then goes back to pummeling Abyss and puts the boots to him. Pope slams Abyss into the casket and continues beating on him, but Bischoff finally wakes up and gets out of the casket and lowblows Pope, and now Abyss is able to lay Pope out and then stuff him in the casket. Abyss and Bischoff close the lid and then Abyss turns the casket around and rams it through the stage. Bischoff then goes over and lays repeated kicks into the poor, defenseless casket as Abyss looks in the camera and says he warned us.
After commercial, we come back and its main event time!
Matt Morgan vs Doug Williams & Beer Money
Fortune attacks Morgan before the bell, but he goes through all three of them and goozles Beer Money, but Williams clips his knee and they put the boots to Morgan. Williams leglocks Morgan, then tags in Roode, who hits a series of elbowdrops to the knee, then tags in Storm and they split the wishbone on Morgans legs. Williams tags back in and horse collars the leg, but Morgan fights out so Williams drags Morgan to the apron and slams his knee on the apron, then distracts the ref while Flair gets a couple of shots in from the floor. Storm with a figure four in the middle of the ring, but Morgan reverses the hold and forces the break. Eric Bischoff comes out to the announce table and gets on the air and says hes had it and Matt Morgan better come out on top tonight because if he doesnt, hes never going to get another shot at Jeff Hardy again. Roode gets Morgan in a Boston Crab as Bischoff says this has crossed the line between personal and professional and pounds his fist on the desk. Roode puts the boots to Morgan, but Morgan pops up and hits a discus clothesline and wipes out Roode. Roode tags in Williams and Morgan runs him over with a series of clotheslines and then knocks Storm off the apron. Morgan with a big boot to Roode and hits a charging splash in the corner on Williams, followed by a side suplex for 2. Beer Money run in and double team Morgan and try a double suplex, but Morgan reverses and suplexes both Storm and Roode. Flair pops up on the ring apron as we run out of time on Impact.
Luckily, TNA has a whole other hour right after Impact, so we come right back to Morgan punching Flair off the apron, but Williams nails Morgan with a series of European Uppercuts and comes off the ropes with a crossbody, but Morgan catches him and hits a fallaway slam. Jeff Hardy comes up on the video wall and cuts a promo on Morgan, but it was prerecorded, and the real Jeff Hardy runs out and attacks Morgan from behind and hits the Twist Of Hate, then goes up top and hits a Swanton. Jeff grabs the World Title belt and holds it high for everyone to see, and thats a wrap.

- Undertaker is currently recovering from surgery this past week to repair a torn rotator cuff. It is still uncertain if he'll be healthy enough to appear at Wrestlemania 27.
- CM Punk is going to rehab his torn muscle tendon in his glute rather than go through surgery, so he will likely return in January.
- Rey Mysterio appeared on the WWE European tour despite being injured due of the lack of talent depth on the Smackdown roster.

* Lot less people in attendance than RAW. Heard talk that people had their seats upgraded after tickets were not sold, all top tier was curtained off when it was full for RAW.
* Mason Ryan got a decent reaction as per a brit in England but was quite a lot of boos and it was not surprising Chavo got a good reaction as the Aniversary of Eddies death is this Saturday
* Crowd went mad for McIntyre and were clearly for the Scot, he possibly got one of the best reactions of the night and the match between him and Kaval was pretty good.
* Divas NXT was nothing special, same old boring stuff. Crowd was dead even little kids and even Vickie barely got a reaction.
* Edge got a good reaction when he first came out and Nexus got a lot of heel heat but me and some others made some noise.
* Boo's during Cena commercials.
* Natalya got a strong reaction and Layla got some good heat.
* Del Rio had a mixed reaction and Kofi had huge pops.

- TNA Impact is the most Tivo'd/DVR'd wrestling show each week according to a report by The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
The 10/28 episode of Impact saw a 14% audience increase bringing the show from 1.48 million viewers to 1.69 million with the overall rating increasing from a 1.13 to a 1.29. Around 5% of the audience for WWE Monday Night Raw and 3% of the audience for WWE Smackdown record the show each week adding additional viewers. In reality, while those numbers are good news for TNA, if that amount of viewers are skipping through the ads on the show then that is of no value to Spike and if the same crowd is also not attending house shows or buying PPV's then that is of little value to TNA.

Randy Ricci, a former TNA Wrestling employee who has been running a controversial blog commenting on the company at nawf.com/blog/, is claiming that Eric Young has re-signed with TNA.
The report states that while Young didn't get the money figure he wanted, he was now given the freedom to make his own indy bookings. We should have more on this soon.
Lacey Von Erich announced on her Twitter page this evening that she has decided to leave TNA Wrestling.
"I decided to respectfully leave TNA today," she wrote. "I want to try new things, like be a sports host or something Love ya'll!"
She also noted the following on her Facebook page.
"Let's face it I was no Von Erich in the ring But it was so much fun! I'm getting married, and would love to do something local, luckily I live in L.A. so it shouldnt be too difficult! "
Von Erich joined the promotion in October 2009 to replace Angelina Love in "The Beautiful People" faction.

Kevin Nash has reportedly signed a new deal with TNA Wrestling, thus ending his contract dispute with the organization.
The former World Champion last appeared for TNA on the Oct. 14 episode of iMPACT! where he and Sting announced they were walking away from the company rather than join Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff's regime.
View this quickly before WWE pulls it. The video starts a few seconds after he started speaking. Regal said:
"Ladies and gentlemen, thank you very much from all of the WWE Superstars to each and every one of you, for coming out and supporting us each and every week and every year, when we come here. There's something, just a little over 27 years that I've been doing this now. As you can see, there's an incredible, wonderful crop of WWE Superstars coming up. Kurt Angle posted today to his Facebook page regarding his wrestling future:

MANCHESTER, England With two weeks until Survivor Series, Monday Night Raw hopped the pond and settled into jolly ol England. Although the proceedings appeared to be running smoothly, even tickety-boo, as the Brits might say, when Manchester native Wade Barrett started bossing around Superstars, thats when things became all sixes and sevens and that, as any Englishman will tell you adds up to chaos.
Team Barrett def. Team Orton (WATCH | PHOTOS) Blimey! Two weeks before clashing with WWE Champion Randy Orton at Survivor Series, Wade Barrett savored a triumphant homecoming. Commanding Team Barrett, including WWE Tag Team Champions Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel, Husky Harris, Michael McGillicutty and himself, the Nexus leader defeated Team Orton, consisting of the WWE Champion, R-Truth, Daniel Bryan, Mark Henry & The Miz.
With Nexus reluctant disciple, John Cena, acting as special guest referee, David Otunga slunk to the squared circle, causing a distraction. By the time Cena dispatched of Otunga, Miz had already gone rogue and leveled his team captain, The Viper. Barrett quickly pounced, covering Orton as Cena turned and slapped the canvas for the three-count.
In the wake of his momentous victory, Barrett was carried off on the shoulders of his Nexus minions. But was the Englishmans hometown celebration a harbinger of championships to come, or the latest sign of his arrogant undoing?

Sheamus def. Santino Marella by Disqualification (WATCH: PART 1 | PART 2 | PHOTOS: PART 1 | PART 2) The time for tea and sympathy appeared long lost. After upsetting Sheamus in a match a couple weeks ago thanks to an assist by John Morrison Santino Marella attempted to placate The Celtic Warrior with a cup of Earl Grey and a tray of crumpets. However, the Italian, joined by Vladimir Kozlov, only further enraged the Irishman. Finally, the Raw General Manager intervened and arranged a proper match between Santino and Sheamus.
Although Sheamus figured a win would be a doddle, or easy, the Italian tried his level best to avoid the ring. He was eventually forced to compete, though, and quickly punched the Irishmans groin in a fit of desperation. Hey, he may have lost the match by disqualification but at least he survived! Afterward, Sheamus seized Santino and prepared to punish him until Morrison again crashed the party. The Shaman of Sexy clobbered The Celtic Warrior and rescued Santino from the ring, leaving the pale warrior an ominous shade of red.
John Cena def. David Otunga (WATCH: PART 1 | PART 2 | PART 3 | PHOTOS) For David Otunga, the cavalry never showed. Prior to his match with John Cena, the flashy Nexus member implored his cohorts to back him up during the bout. When the group paraded in, however, they were ordered to retreat from ringside by leader Wade Barrett. The betrayal left Otunga susceptible and allowed Cena to force him to tap out.
Afterward, the Englishman confronted Otunga and informed him that if he does not defeat Edge on SmackDown this Friday, he will be excommunicated from The Nexus!
Goldust def. Ted DiBiase (WATCH | PHOTOS) The honeymoon was over before it even began. Moments after exchanging rings with NXT Rookie Aksana last week, Goldust got slapped in the face by the Lithuanian vixen. Still nursing his wounds, The Bizarre One faced off against Ted DiBiase. A despondent Goldust may have sought relief, but DiBiase sought his Million Dollar Title, which The Bizarre One had pilfered weeks earlier. During the bout, Aksana came down and ripped the title away from DiBiases special lady friend, Maryse.
Afterward, Goldust quickly rolled up The Fortunate Son for the win and looked on forlornly as his runaway bride Million Dollar Title in tow beat a hasty retreat.
The Usos def. The Hart Dynasty (WATCH | PHOTOS) Tyson Kidd must be going absolutely barmy, as the English might say. For yet another week, Kidd witnessed his Hart Dynasty partner, David Hart Smith, stumble in a tag team match. The latest beneficiaries? Jimmy & Jey Uso, who notched the victory and celebrated as Kidd looked on in disappointment.
Wade Barrett arranged David Otunga vs. John Cena In light of David Otungas perceived attempts to assert himself within The Nexus, the groups leader, Wade Barrett, had a bit of unwelcome news. As punishment, the Englishman arranged a match pitting Otunga against his fellow Nexus member John Cena.
Eve & The Bella Twins def. Maryse, Alicia Fox & Tamina (WATCH | PHOTOS) Goooaaaallll! Clad in Manchester United soccer jerseys, Eve & The Bella Twins faced off against Maryse, Alicia Fox & Tamina, who sported rival Liverpool jerseys. With support from the Manchester faithful urging them on, Eve & The Bellas rose above their rivals to capture the victory. As noted by ring announcer Josh Mathews, who subbed for an ailing Jerry The King Lawler, Nikki and Brie once again pulled out Twin Magic to capture the Divas Cup.
Wade Barrett confronted John Cena; Raws main event announced (PHOTOS) Humiliation. Loathing. Disrespect. These characteristics seem to be overshadowing John Cenas true motto as of late. Case in point, Nexus reluctant warrior was forced to recite a cloying introduction of the groups leader, Wade Barrett, in his hometown of Manchester prior to what the Englishman dubbed a Championship Celebration Preview.
Barrett led the rest of The Nexus onto the stage while addressing his fellow Brits. After heavy boasting, he admonished fellow Nexi David Otunga for leading the group on a losing effort at SmackDown last Friday. He then turned his ire on Cena for allowing his tag team to lose to WWE Champion Randy Orton & R-Truth the week prior while Cena served as special guest referee. Cena was then reminded that, as special guest ref during the WWE Title Match at Survivor Series, if Barrett wins, he will be free of Nexus. If the Englishman loses, however, he will fired. Cena then offered his own newsflash: Free or fired, he plans on bashing in Barretts teeth regardless.
Amid the rancor, it was easy to forget one critical fact: Orton would have his say. To underscore the point, The Viper entered with title in hand. Before tensions escalated, Raws General Manager, via Michael Cole, interrupted. The GM announced that, not only was Barretts premature Championship Celebration Preview canceled, to ensure a decisive victor at Survivor Series, the WWE Title Match must be won by pinfall or submission and Nexus members will be banned from ringside.
The GM also announced the nights main event: A 10-Man Tag Team Match pitting Barrett & The Nexus against Orton and a team of the GMs choosing with Cena acting as special guest referee.
Regal and Bryan have been wrestling each other on the current European tour with Bryan winning via submission. At last night's show, the two shook hands after the match and Regal said on the mic, "I've been in this business for 27 years and never thought I'd see a better wrestler than me. Well, this man is, ladies and gentleman, Daniel Bryan."
Regal helped train Bryan back in the early days of his career.

There was an incident after Monday's TNA Impact taping in Orlando. The company plugged that fans could get photos taken with Jeff Hardy after the tapings were over for $25. When that time came, Hardy came out and began insulting Jeremy Borash and the fans.
Hardy left, went to the back and did not return. After a few minutes, TNA and Universal Studios employees began issuing refunds to fans. TNA and Universal staff were said to be completely confused and caught off-guard.

Eric Bischoff's son, Garrett, has joined TNA as a referee under the name Jackson James. Garrett was the referee in the main event of TNA Turning Point and appears in a segment on this week's Impact.
Word is that Bischoff's son has been training with Brian Knobbs of The Nasty Boys and that his identity had been kept quiet from people in the company. No word yet if they plan to reveal him as Bischoff's son on TV.
- Eric Young is reportedly gone from TNA after his contract expired at the end of October. TNA apparently offered Young a deal that was much worse than the deal he had been working under. Young declined the offer and told officials he is going to explore other options. Young may return in the future but for now he is gone.

Tommy Dreamer revealed on his Twitter page that he will be seeing the doctor today following his injury from his match with Rob Van Dam at TNA Turning Point this past Sunday.
Dreamer wrote: My wrist. Gonna see Dr tomorrow. Not broken I dont know medical term 4 what is sticking out. Gross.
He also posted some graphic photos from his wrist injury on Twitter. Dreamer later went on to say: I am glad my friend [Rob Van Dam] did this to me. I wouldnt want us to be enemies

TNA Turning Point Opener:
The show opens with a video package highlighting Jeff Hardy, saying that tonight is a turning point in his life. He says he does what he has to do, and he serves one master, himself. He calls himself the antichrist of pro-wrestling. And we go straight into the pyro, and it's PPV time!
Mike Tenay welcomes us to the PPV proper and hypes it as the first of the Bischoff, Hogan, Flair regime. We open the show with the X-Division title match as Robbie E.'s music hits and he makes his way to the ring with Cookie in tow.
TNA X Division Championship Match - Jay Lethal (c) vs. Robbie E
The bell rings and we're ready to kick things off in this one. Both men lock up quickly and fight for position before Lethal breaks it off and points toward Cookie. Robbie rolls out and talks to his valet briefly before rolling back in. Another lock up and Lethal puts Robbie in the corner before pounding on him. A couple of arm drags from Lethal and Lethal holds on to it, stretching Robbie's shoulder. Robbie fights out of it, but Lethal hits another arm drag and goes right back into the submission. Robbie fights out again, but this time finds himself backdropped over the top rope to the outside. Lethal stares down at him and baseball slides out, missing Robbie, but following up with a quick chop.
Lethal slams Robbie's face into the apron a couple of times before sending him back into the ring and following with a top rope missile dropkick that's good for a near fall. Hip toss/low dropkick combo from Lethal is good for another near fall. Lethal catches Robbie in the corner with a nice chop before trying for the Lethal combination, but Robbie hangs on to the ropes and Lethal falls to the mat. Robbie pounds on Lethal for a bit before going for a couple of quick pins that don't amount to much. Robbie rolls to the outside and pulls Lethal to the apron where he pounds down across Lethal's chest. Robbie rolls back into the ring and grinds his boot on Lethal's chest before trying for another pin that's good for two. Lethal begins to fight back with a series of rights, but Robbie sends him into the corner hard for another near fall.
Robbie sends Lethal into the corner and follows with a spear before continuing to grind his boot into Lethal's chest. Robbie sends Lethal into the ropes and catches him in an abdominal stretch right in the middle of the ring. Lethal is able to fight out of it, but Robbie takes him right down with a back elbow for another two count. Robbie locks in a seated bear hug, continuing to work over Lethal's midsection.
Lethal gets to his feet, and Robbie slams him into the corner. Lethal continues to fight, eventually stunning Robbie with a couple of blows, and a flying forearm, and a series of clotheslines. Lethal hits a hand spring back elbow, beautifully, and gets to hits feet to a big pop. Lethal is sent into the ropes and he tries for a sunset flip, getting it, but Cookie is distracting Earl Hebner. Lethal argues with Cookie, and when Robbie tries to attack, Lethal tosses him over the top. Lethal dives out through the ropes with a suicide dive, hitting his target.
Lethal picks Robbie up to his feet and hits a sick chop before slamming him head first into the apron. Lethal continues to fight with Robbie around the ring, hitting another awesome chop and laying a couple of rights into Robbie's head. Cookie spray Lethal with the hairspray, but Lethal blocks it. He turns around to a charging Robbie and connects with the Lethal combination. Lethal goes to the top, but Cookie grabs his legs while Hebner's distracted with the perfume. Robbie pulls Lethal down, hits a neckbreaker, and scores a three count.
Winner and NEW TNA X Division Champion: Robbie E.
The crowd is not happy about this one and they voice their disproval as Robbie fist pumps and celebrates with the title.
- Tenay and Taz run down some of the highlights of the card including the TNA Tag Team and World Championship matches, as well as the EV2 vs Fortune match. They then throw it to the backstage area where Christy Hemme is with Mickie James. James runs down Tara and says although she may not like her, she will respect her.
Mickie James vs. Tara
Tara is out to the ring first accompanied by Madison Rayne. Mickie is out soon after and she runs to the ring, quickly slapping Tara in the face twice. Tara takes Mickie down and pounds on her, but Mickie turns it around. Tara catches Mickie with a big right and goesfor a piledriver, but James counters out with a backdrop and hits a low dropkick. Tara rolls to the outside and Mickie invites her back in.
Tara catches Mickie off guard and snaps her neck on the ropes. When she comes back in the ring she kicks away at Mickie for a bit, and Mickie tries to fight back. Tara goes for the Widow's peak, but Mickie rolls through out of it and goes right into a single leg crab, but she holds on to Tara's hair, so she's forced to break it. Tara rolls out to the floor and drags Mickie out after her. They both grab each other by the hair and fight back into the ring where the referee breaks it up. Tara goes right back to it and sends Mickie across the ring by her hair before choking her against the bottom rope.
Tara hits a beautiful suplex and rolls over into a guillotine choke before grabbing at Mickie's hair. Tara kicks at Mickie and chokes her with her boot. Tara gloats for a bit, and it allows Mickie to get a couple of shots in. Mickie grabs Tara in a headscissors and takes her over the top to the outside. James is on the apron and she jumps off, launching herself Thesz press style into Tara. Mickie rolls Tara into the ring and follows with a top rope missile dropkick. Mickie goes for the chick kick, but Tara pulls her down into a splits and kicks her over.
Tara goes for another suplex but Mickie floats over. Mickie tries for a suplex of her own, but Tara picks her up and seats her on the top turnbuckle. Tara slips and ends up straddling James, and they fight for a bit before they both tumble to the outside in a pretty nasty looking spot. On the outside, both women immediately go right back for the hair. Mickie whips Tara back first into the ring,and to retaliate she hits a bit chop to Mickie's chest. Both women fight up toward the entrance ramp area and into the crowd. Tara sends Mickie into a wall and both women continue to fight. The ref is forced to call for the bell, but it doesn't matter as both women continue to fight.
No Contest
Mickie and Tara continue to brawl, back toward the entrance ramp, then toward the broadcast table before Mickie sends Tara into some TNA employees. Tara grabs a broom and snaps it over Mickie's back, and Mickie comes right back with a garbage can to Tara's head. Mickie pounds away on Tara, but Tara comes right back with a couple of right's of her own. Security try to pull Mickie and Tara apart, but don't have an easy time of it. Mickie eventually heads back to the ring and calls Tara out. Tara obliges, running through security and to the ring. Both women fend off security before they continue to fight. Tara rips off a piece of Mickie's jeans, so Mickie rips off part of Tara's outfit. They continue to fight until more security and backstage officials make their way into the ring. Even then, we're still get another pull apart.
The crowd is chanting let them fight and Mickie breaks away yet again, launching herself at Tara. They finally get Tara out of the ring and cut to a video package for the TNA World Tag Team Title Match.
Backstage:
Christy Hemme is backstage with Team 3D. She asks about their last match, and Bubba says she smacked him in the face with reality. He says they did a good job of becoming the best tag team that ever existed. They've been around the world, and they did it together. Ray says they'll do it one more time, together, and they'll become the 24 time Tag Team Champions, and retiring in style. And they're going out like they came in, together. D-Von says Testify.
TNA Tag Team Championship Match - The Motor City Machine Guns (c) vs. Team 3D
Shelley and D-Von look to start things out for their respective teams. The bell rings, and the crowd immediately begins a 3D chant. We get a handshake from both men. Both men lock up and D-Von pushes Shelley into the corner, breaking cleanly. Another lock up, and Shelley twists the arm, leading to him being taking over and off his feet. Shelley catches D-Von with a grapevine around the neck and D-Von relents. Both men get up and trade a few more holds before D-Von hits a shoulderblock, and spinning back elbow. D-Vin goes for a suplex but Shelley reverses out. Shelley tries to use his speed, but misses an enzugiri. He hits a dropkick to D-Von's knee and tags out to Sabin. They go for a double team maneuver but D-Von avoids it and hits a double clothesline. Ray tags in and 3D goes for a double team, but Shelley goes to the outside and avoids it.
Back in the ring, Sabin and Ray fight, and Sabin connects with a couple of forearms to Ray's face. Sabin goes to the apron and hits a springboard crossbody that's good for a two count, but Ray comes right back with a big boot. Tag to D-Von leads to a double team backbreaker legdrop combo and near fall. Shelley tags in and the Guns hit a series of quick double team maneuvers of their own that leads to a near fall for Shelley. Shelley goes to the top turnbuckle and tries for a double stomp, but D-Von is able to roll out of the way and tags in Ray who targets Shelley's knee with a grapevine.
Ray picks Shelley up by the leg and slams his knee into the canvas, but a splash is missed, and Shelley tags out to Sabin. Shelley and Sabin immediately begin throwing crazy dropkicks and double team maneuvers at both members of 3D. Shelley hits a suicide dive on D-Von, but Sabin misses a dive out on Ray. Ray tries to charge Sabin on the outside, but Sabin moves and Ray hits the ring post, splitting himself open. Sabin rolls him back into the ring where Shelley goes to work on Ray's arm. Shelley tags out to Sabin who comes in with a quick right hand and rakes away at Ray's wound on his forehead. Sabin kicks Ray and tags out to Shelley, they both kick Ray square in the chest. Shelley hits a couple of knee drops, continuing to open the wound of Ray. Shelley prevents Ray from making the tag and Shelley tags himself in, but he eats a back elbow. Borther Ray goes to the top rope, and Sabin stops him, but Ray responds with a top rope power bomb. Ray covers Sabin but only gets two.
Shelley is able to make the tag, and he prevents Ray from making the tag, so Ray responds with a big chop. Shelley kicks Ray, so Ray comes back with another chest. Another kick from Shelley, and another, and Ray follows up with another chop that stuns Shelley. Ray stops another kick and eats an enzugiri, but he counters a diving Shelley with an ace crusher and both men are down. Ray makes the tag and so does Shelley. D-Von takes Sabin down with a series of rights and a big flying shoulderblock. Side slam from D-Von is good for a two count. D-Von charges Sabin, but Sabin gets the boot up, D-Von responds with a quick powerslam. Sabin avoids a back body drop, so D-Von follows up with a neckbreaker. Shelley breaks up a pin and pokes D-Von in the eye before they hit a poetry in motion. A second attempt, and D-Von catches Sabin, and slams him into Shelley. D-Von climbs to the top and hits a flying headbutt on Sabin that's good for two.
Ray tags himself in, and hits a double clothesline on both of the Guns. Ray and D-Von hit a back suplex neckbreaker combo on Sabin, and the What's Up head butt on Shelley. Ray pushes D-Von, and the crowd yells along to get the tables. D-Von is happy to oblige, and he goes to the outside. A few seconds later, and there's a table in the ring.
Da-von tags in, and Ray tries to send Sabin through the table in the corner, but Sabin flips off of it, and Ray charges right through it. Double team from the Guns, and it's good for two. Cross body/neckbreaker combo from the Guns is good for another two count. The Guns try for a double team, but D-Von fights it off and Shelley kicks Sabin. Shelley turns around and walks right into a 3D. D-Von covers Shelley, but Shelley kicks out! D-Von and Ray look shocked.
D-Von tags out to Ray and they try for another, but Sabin DDT's D-Von, and avoids a splash from Ray. A neckbreaker/cross body combo on Brother Ray, and Sabin pins Ray to get the three count.
Winners and STILL TNA Tag Team Champions: The Motor City Machine Guns
The Guns celebrate with their titles, and they help Ray sit up. D-Von raises the hands of both Shelley and Sabin. All three men help Ray to his feet. The Guns raise the hands of 3D, and Ray falls to his knees. Ray is able to get back up, and all four men hold their hands up. Ray hugs Sabin.
Backstage:
We go right to the backstage area where Christy Hemme is with Tommy Dreamer. Dreamer calls himself out as a reason 3D exists, and says tonight is a sad night because members of EV2 are fighting for their jobs, and he and RVD are fighting. Dreamer says tonight RVD will find out who is his true friend.
Rob Van Dam vs. Tommy Dreamer
The bell rings, and it looks like we're ready to kick things off in this one. RVD and Dreamer talks for a bit before locking up. They break quickly, lock up and break again. Another lock up and Dreamer grabs RVD's leg, ducking an enzugiri, and trying for a quick pin, Van Dam comes back with one of his own, and both stand up quickly in a stand off. They talk a bit more nose to nose and then trade right hands. We get a bit of sloppy chaining reversals before Dreamer clotheslines Van Dam. RVD rolls to the outside.
RVD stalls for a bit, but soon makes his way back to the apron. Dreamer charges him and RVD buries his shoulder in Dreamer's midsection. Dreamer hits him in the chest and RVD falls to the floor. Dreamer goes out to the apron and launches himself toward Van Dam with a running clothesline from the apron. Dreamer tries to slam RVD's head into the ring apron, but Van Dam blocks it with a quick kick before crotching Dreamer on the barricade and following it up with a spinning kick to Dreamer's back.
Van Dam slams Dreamer's head into the apron, and grabs a chair, sending it into the ring. RVD chokes Tommy for a bit before coming into the ring himself and setting the chair on Dreamer's face while his head and neck is on the apron. RVD tries for a slingshot legdrop on the chair on Dreamer's face, but Dreamer moves and Van Dam falls to the outside. Dreamer rolls RVD back into the ring and goes to work on RVD's leg before sitting him on the top rope and setting him up in the tree of woe. Dreamer puts the chair in front of Van Dam's face, but RVD moves it. Dreamer puts Van Dam right back into it, only for the same result. Dreamer catches him and instead drops him with a neckbreaker out of the tree of woe.
Dreamer goes out under the ring and grabs a ladder and a chair. Dreamer places the ladder on the apron, and just so happens to be in place for Van Dam to baseball slide into it. Dreamer picks up the ladder though, and slams it into Van Dam's face instead. Dreamer sends the ladder into the ring and rolls RVD in. Dreamer hits a bulldog sending Van Dam face first into the ladder, but it's only good for a two count. Dreamer places Van Dam on the ladder and goes for a middle rope elbow drop, but RVD moves. RVD puts Dreamer on the ladder and tries for rolling thunder, but Dreamer moves. Dreamer hits a spinebuster to put Van Dam down, and Dreamer goes to the top rope, coming down with a big splash. Dreamer pins RVD for a two.
Dreamer tries for a DDT, but RVD counters with a Northern lights suplex, and Dreamer looks like he's broken his wrist in a really sickening sight. RVD looks down at Dreamer and he tries to pin him, but Dreamer kicks out. RVD hits a low dropkick and this is absolutely crazy on Dreamer's behalf. RVD picks Dreamer up and slams him down on a chair and tries for a split legged moonsault, but Dreamer moves. I don't know how, but somehow Dreamer pickes up the ladder puts it in the corner sending Van Dam in face first, only to have the ladder thrown right back in his own face. RVD tries for the five star frog splash, but Dreamer rolls out of the way, and somehow hits a stalling piledriver, but Van Dam kicks out at two.
RVD goes to the top and Dreamer continues to fight, hitting him with a series of rights. He picks the ladder up and sets it up in between the middle and top ropes. Dreamer stands on the ladder and fights Van Dam, but Dreamer ends up slipping through the rungs of the ladder, Van Dam hits a sick kick and Dreamer is still hung up sickly in the ladder. RVD puts a chair in Dreamer's face and hits a low dropkick. Another five star attempt, and Dreamer rolls out of the way again. Dreamer tries for the Dreamer Driver, but RVD fights out and throws him into the ladder in the corner. Dreamer ends up slammed into the chair, and RVD goes for another five star frog splash, connecting this time. RVD pins Dreamer for the three count. Crazy.
Winner: RVD
After the match, Van Dam approaches Dreamer, and calls him his brother. He apologizes to Dreamer and hugs him. Dreamer shakes his hand and hugs him back.
Backstage:
We cut right back to the backstage area where Hemme is with Fortune. Flair says this is the time for the show to start, because Fortune will kick a**, and they'll fire a member of EV2. Everyone gets a little turn on the mic where they talk up their team and talk down EV2. Flair says it's Fortune's time.
EV2 vs. Fortune Winning Team Gets to Fire A Member of the Losing
All ten men stare each other down and Kaz slaps Kendrick to start things off, leading right into a crazy brawl that breaks down pretty quickly, moving all over the ringside area. Kendrick and Kaz end up in the ring and Kendrick sends Kaz to the outside with a back elbow. Kendrick turns around into a chop block from Williams, and Stevie throws Williams to the outside. Roode hits Stevie with a spinebuster that's good for a near fall. Kendrick is helped to the back by the trainers and even Storm looks a bit concerned. That was a nasty blow by Williams. Storm and Richards looks to start things off properly.
Kaz tags in and hits a jumping clothesline that's good for a near fall before tagging out to William's. Williams sends Richards into the corner and follows with a high knee. Williams tags out to Styles, who comes in and lays into Stevie with a big kick to the back. Styles tags out to Kaz and we get a double team side slam/slingshot legdrop combo. Roode catches Richards with a couple of elbows across the throat while the ref's back is turned, and tags in, only to slingshot Richards against the bottom rope. Styles tags in and hits a suplex that's good for another near fall. Kaz tags back in and hits another suplex before mocking Richards' Stevie kick. When Kaz tries for it though, Richards counters into some kind of crazy combination. Rhino and Storm tag in and Rhino is a house of fire, spearing Storm in the corner and hitting a belly to belly suplex before taking it to all five members of Fortune.
Rhino plants Storm with a suplex, but when he goes for the gore, Roode distracts him and AJ hits a springboard dive that sets up Rhino for a near fall. Roode tags in and ends up spat at by Sabu. Roode hits a snap mare on Rhino and follows up with a flipping neckbreaker. Kaz tags in to the mat, and locks in a rear chin lock, and Raven just walks into the ring to break it up. Storm tags in to the match and stomps away on Rhino before snap maring him over and locking in a rear chin lock on his own. Rhino is able to fight up to his feet, but Storm jerks him down to the mat by the hair. Storm smacks Rhino across the face and sends him across the ring, where he follows up with an enzugiri that's good for two.
Storm goes to the top turnbuckle, but Rhino stops him and shoulders him into a fallaway slam. Sabu and Styles make their way into the match and Sabu is the next to take it to all members of Fortune. Sabu sets up a chair in the middle of the ring and uses it to launch himself to the outside on top of three members of Fortune. Sabu tries to hit a superplex on Styles, but misses, avoids a spingboard 450 and hits a big DDT. Styles tags out to Williams who hits a top rope European suplex. Everyone gets a turn at the wheel hitting something in the middle of the ring as everything begins to break down. Sabu throws a chair into Storm's face, and crotches Styles on the top rope. Styles catches him trying for a top rope hurricarana, Styles jumps down to the mat, and hits a Styles clash. Styles pins Sabu, and this one is over.
Winners: Fortune
Fortune stand on the ramp and wave goodbye to Sabu. Sabu looks frustrated in the middle of the ring. Ric Flair makes his way out to the entrance ramp with a mic. He asks the crowd to pay homage to Fortune. Flair says one of the fools in EV2 is going to lose the favor of Fortune. Flair says he didn't like the Sheik, so Sabu is out of here, and he's fired. Flair say us in the weeks to come, the others will be gone too. Sabu charges Flair, and the members of EV2 are forced to hold him back. RVD and Dreamer make their way out to the ring to say goodbye to Sabu. Dreamer asks for a mic.
RVD grabs the mic and says this sucks. He says that this is evidence that sometimes what RVD wants just isn't good enough. Dreamer says if there was ever anyone who deserved to be a multimillionaire for what he put his body through, it's Sabu. Dreamer says the people here tonight can tell their grandchildren that they saw Sabu in a ring doing what he does. Everyone gets their hugs in, and Sabu still doesn't look too happy about it.
Backstage:
Christy Hemme is backstage with Pope and a ton of other people, who are introduced as his congregation. Pope says he made one call, and the rest of the flock followed. Pope names off a bunch of people, and says he even brought his very own brother here tonight to be on his side. He says he hasn't given too much thought to Abyss until tonight, and calls him a p*ss stain on TNA's carpet, and Pope is going to remove that stain. Pope says it's better to be p*ssed off, than p*ssed on, and tonight, Pope is p*ssed. The camera cuts over, and Mickie and Tara are shown getting into it yet again. The congregation is forced to break things up. The congregation leaves, and Rayne comes in from behind and hits James with the belt. Madison and Tara scream at Mickie and leave her laying.
Lumberjack Match - Abyss vs. "The Pope" D'Angelo Dinero
Pope takes it right to Abyss in the corner with punches and kicks, but Abyss is able to push him off. Pope continues to fight, and even fights out of a chokeslam. Pope dropkicks Abyss to the outside, and Abyss rolls right back in before the congregation can get to him. Abyss is able to send Pope into the corner, but he misses a splash, only to be splashed by Pope. Pope goes for, and connects with another splash in the corner. Abyss sends Pope over the top rope to the outside, and he's caught by the congregation. Pope tries to come back in with a sunset flip but Abyss stays on his feet, Pope avoids a sitting Abyss. Pope goes to the top and connects with a clothesline, taking Abyss off his feet. Pope sends Abyss to the outside with a clothesline over the top, and the congregation is quick to send Abyss back into the ring. Pope hits Abyss with a series of rights but runs right into a big boot.
Abyss traps Pope in the corner and tears off the tape around Pope's ribs. Abyss hits him with a punch right to the gut, and Pope responds with a head butt. Abyss puts Pope right back down to the mat and comes back with a series of stomps to the chest. Abyss sends Pope hard into the corner and follows up with a big splash that flattens Pope. Abyss picks Pope up to his feet and catches him in a big bear hug, trying to wear down Pope.
Pope fights out of it by clapping his arms around Abyss' head, but he runs right into another bear hug. The congregation helps get the crowd more into the match, and Pope tries to get out of the hold, only to have Abyss knee him in the gut. Abyss tries for the black hole slam, but Pope is able to reverse it into a big DDT. Both men get to their feet and Pope lays into Abyss with a series of strikes and a running forearm, and clothesline in succession. Inverted atomic drop from the Pope is followed by a big shoulder block. Pope ducks a series of swings from Abyss and takes Abyss down to his knees. Pope wails away on Abyss with a combination of punches and a series of right hands to the head.
Pope hits his signature corner elbow drop and pins Abyss for a two count. Pope works over Abyss in the corner, burying his shoulder in Abyss' midsection. Abyss is quick to come back though when he catches Pope with the shock treatment backbreaker, but it's only good for a two count. Abyss calls for the chokeslam, and he attempts it, but Pope fights out of it and hits the 4Up, sending Abyss to the outside. The congregation scatters when Pope launches himself to the outside on top of Abyss. The congregation roll Abyss into the ring and pick Pope up to his feet. Pope goes up to the top rope, and he jumps off with a flying head butt to Abyss' shoulder. Pope goes for the pin but can still only get two.
Pope throws everything he has at Abyss in terms of strikes with punches and backhands before jumping on Abyss' back and neck and sliding out to the floor. The congregation congratulate Pope, and Bischoff is out at the top of the ramp, rubbing his fingers together in a money sign. Pope looks confused and he's attacked from behind by his brother, and then the rest of the congregation. Pope's brother is the man to roll him back in the ring to Abyss, and Pope turns around right into a black hole slam. Abyss pins Pope, and this one is over.
Winner: Abyss
Abyss celebrates, and the congregations make their way out with the monster while throwing their sunglasses back toward the Pope.
Backstage:
Christy Hemme is backstage and she asks for a word from Sabu but Stevie Richards says no. Richards has a word for Fortune, and he says he's tired of breaking up the fights, he's challenging AJ Styles to a match this Thursday on Impact.
- We get a video package detailing the events of the past few weeks that have led up to the next match, between Jeff Jarrett and Samoa Joe.
Jeff Jarrett vs. Samoa Joe
Jeff Jarrett is the first man out to the ring, and he doesn't really get much of a reaction at all from the Impact Zone, although it is mostly negative what he does get. Jarrett grabs a mic and hypes how on 10/10/10 the Immortals were revealed, and over the past month they've taken down everyone who's got in their way, and tonight, the founder is going to finish off Samoa Joe. And as far as selling out, Jarrett, Bischoff, Hogan, Hardy, and the entire crew of Fortune bought in, and they're taking control of the company. Jarrett says he'll shut the entire show down and the crowd won't see Jeff Hardy tonight. As Jarrett makes his way to the back he's stopped cold by Samoa Joe's music.
Joe makes his way out to the ring and forces Jarrett to backpedal to the ringside area. Jarrett is apprehensive, but he slowly makes his way into the ring. The bell rings and Joe is staring daggers toward Jarrett. We get a lock up from both men and Joe takes Jarrett into the corner. Jarrett is able to escape out of it. Jarrett tries to lock up Joe from behind, but Joe takes him down to the mat. Joe misses an elbow drop, and both men stare each other down. Jarrett goes behind again and Joe is able to turn it into a snap mare. We get a bit of chaining between both men, but Joe ends it with a running high knee. Joe lays into Jarrett with a couple of rights to the face, then the kidneys. Joe hits a splash, and a beautiful enzugiri type kick to Jarrett before choking away at him with his boot and catching him with a series of face washes. Jarrett is able to stop Joe and rake his face across the ring rope, but Joe comes right back with a quick forearm smash.
Joe is just taking it to Jarrett, pounding on him, and Jarrett is able to take Joe into the corner and hit a series of shoulder blocks. Joe hits Jarrett with a series of Kobashi chops in the corner and Jarrett's chest is beet red. Jarrett fights out of a suplex and locks in an ankle lock on Joe. Jarrett goes to the outside and grabs a chair, but the ref is quick to take it away. Back in the ring Jarrett goes up and connects with a first drop. Another attempts and Joe blocks it, responding with a clothesline. Joe hits Jarret with a couple of right hands, and inverted atomic drop, big kick and back splash. Joe shoulders Jarrett, but Jarrett fights out of it and is able to connect with the stroke. Jarrett goes for the pin but only gets two. Joe is able to respond with an exploder suplex, and he follows it up by seating Jarrett on the top turnbuckle. Joe goes for a superplex, but Jarrett is able to fight it off and snap Joe's neck across the top rope. Jarrett puts Joe on the top turnbuckle, and connects with a stroke from the middle rope. Another cover, and Joe still kicks out at two.
Jarrett goes for the chair again, and he and the ref argue over it. Joe goes for and connects with the elbow suicide, taking out both Jarrett and the ref. Joe rolls Jarrett into the ring, and seats Jarrett on the top turnbuckle. Security run down to the ring and Joe fights them off, hitting the muscle buster on one. Jarrett goes to the outside and grabs a night stick, taking it to the back of Joe's knee, then jabbing it into Joe's throat, and using it to choke out the big man. Jarrett chokes Joe while one of the security guys chokes Joe. Jarrett puts Joe in the rear naked choke as security throws the ref into the match. The ref picks Joe's hand up and drops it down three times, leading to the end of the match by KO.
Winner: Jeff Jarrett
Backstage:
Christy Hemme is backstage with Eric Bischoff and the congregation. Bischoff calls them the brotherhood of the Immortals. Bischoff talks to Pope's brother, calling Pope a douche bag. Bischoff puts on a pair of Pope's glasses, and some of the congregation drape him in chains.
- We get a video package detailing the events leading up to the next match, featuring a lot of profanity laden promo footage of Jeff Hardy.
TNA Championship Match - Jeff Hardy (c) vs. Matt Morgan
The bell rings, and we're ready to kick things off for this final match of the evening. We get a lock up and Morgan simply tosses Hardy away. Hardy rolls to the outside and recovers for a bit before coming back in. Hardy ducks another lock up, and eats a big elbow instead, putting him right back down. Hardy kicks Morgan in the midsection and pounds on him, but Morgan shrugs off a shoulder block and Hardy ends back on the mat. Hardy is able to rake the eyes of Morgan and goes to work on the leg, but Morgan grabs Hardy by the throat and tosses him over the top rope to the outside.
Hardy is slow to get to his feet, but when he does he stalls getting back into the ring, and spits into the face of Morgan. Morgan goes to the outside and chases after Hardy. Hardy rolls back in and tries for an elbow drop, but he misses. Morgan clubs down across Hardy's chest before pulling him to the floor. Morgan rolls Hardy back into the ring and tries for a pin but he only gets two. Morgan tries for a leg drop but Hardy avoids it and hits a dropkick before turning his attention back to Morgan's leg. Hardy kicks away at Morgan before hitting him with a low clothesline that's good for a one count. Hardy tries for some kind of weird leg submission that doesn't look too painful, but he turns it over into a single leg crab,pounding on Morgan's knee all the while. Morgan crawls toward, and is able to make it to the ropes and force a break of the hold.
Hardy continues to work over the leg, propping it on the bottom rope and crashing down on top of it repeatedly. Hardy hits a knee drop that's good for a near fall, and follows it right up with a rear chin lock. Morgan is able to fight up to his feet, but Hardy beats him back down. Morgan is quick to come back with a series of blows and clotheslines before ripping Hardy's shirt off. Morgan hits a discus clothesline but it's still only good enough for a two count. Morgan picks Hardy up to his feet, but Hardy responds with a DDT that's good for a near fall of his own.
Hardy goes to the middle rope and jumps off, but Morgan catches him,and executes a big chokeslam that's good for a two count. Morgan gets back up to his feet and drags Hardy up, but Hardy hits a low blow on Morgan and follows up with a twist of fate that's good for a near fall. Hardy stomps away at Morgan's head before laying into him with repeated rights. Hardy walks right into a bicycle kick, but Hardy kicks him accidentally, and the ref calls it a two count. It's pretty sloppy. Morgan and the ref argure for a bit, and Morgan reaches down and picks Hardy up to his feet. Hardy hits the twist of fate and goes for another cover but still only gets two.
Hardy charges Morgan in the corner but Morgan avoids it. Morgan hits Hardy with a head butt and a big right hand before seating him on the top turnbuckle. Hardy is able to fight Morgan off and connect with the whisper in the wind. Another twist of fate from Hardy and this one is enough to keep Morgan down for a three count.
Winner and STILL TNA World Champion: Jeff Hardy
We get lots of confetti as Fortune comes out and they all celebrate and drink. A big party in the ring. Everyone seems PISSED at the ref for how the main event went.
