- WWE has posted footage of what happened after this week's SmackDown where Vickie Guerrero came out and demanded a rematch for Dolph Ziggler, following Dolph's World Heavyweight Title loss and storyline firing.
Teddy Long came out and ordered Vickie Guerrero out of the building. Ziggler refused to leave the ring so Teddy introduced his special security - Big Show. Show knocked out Ziggler and then carried him away from the ring on his shoulders.
WWE has moved Ziggler profile to their Alumni section.
Dolph Ziggler comments on WWE "firing" Posted by Roscoe De Soto on 02/19/2011 at 12:32 AM
Dolph Ziggler posted the following on his Twitter account @heelziggler:
"First of all, I can't believe that I got to live my dream for this many years and actually come to do it pretty damn well! Even though I used to caddy around and actually went through a rigorous gymnastics and cheerleader training I thought we made it work! I got to make a lot of friends and a couple of enemies, but no matter what, every time I stepped through that curtain, especially these Last 2 years, I felt like a champion, I lived to go to work each day and try to steal the show like no one else could! No matter what happens in the coming weeks and months, I appreciate the fact that my hard work and countless hours studying and learning Paid off! I was in the world title picture as a legitimate threat, and appreciate that I got that chance! Most don't! I hope this youth movement continues, and I hope its just not to build young guys up and have the mainstays dominate and not pass the torch There is a ton of hungry young talents and they LOVE their jobs, just like I and did! Hopefully they get their chance! I got into this business! Hopefully Wrestlemania will not be a look back into the attitude era an have all the young guys watching backstage. I love the wrestling business, and maybe its time to take that next step into the danger zone, brazzers are u hiring??? Haha. I'm sure the door is always open, and I know I busted my ass every damn day I worked for this company, and no matter how doughy and truly Annoying the miz is, he's obviously onto something (2,000 tries later)! Daniel bryan couldn't draw a dollar with a green crayon! I love Hating on him! He got carried to one of (actually THE best match of the year) and john morrison is nothing but a pretty boy doing ballet. I will see all of u again, SOMEWHERE! And now its time to make an impact and spike someone else's ratings! U know me, I'd rather be in Dixie. Thank you dolphans for ur support! And know I loved pissing everyone off and stealing their show! I will truly miss this more than anything. ......Its only NATURAL ;)"

(Preview)
SmackDown milestone (WATCH) SmackDown's 600th episode officially made the show the third longest running weekly episodic TV show in history.
Edge def. Dolph Ziggler to regain the World Title (WATCH | PHOTOS) With the World Heavyweight Championship technically vacant, Teddy Long righted things by arranging a championship match between Edge and Dolph Ziggler. The Ultimate Opportunist claimed his 11th World Title by dropping Ziggler with a crushing Spear. After the match, Teddy Long said good riddance to Ziggler by firing him. To cap off the historic night, The Rated-R Superstar added insult to injury by leading the WWE Universe in singing Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye, as Vickie and her boyfriend exited the ring with their tails between their legs.
SmackDown GM Theodore Long interrupted the World Heavyweight Championship Coronation of Dolph Ziggler (WATCH) With Teddy Long out of the picture after being attacked in January, Vickie and Dolph though they had the perfect plan to wrest the World Title from Edge. After Edge used the Spear last week against Ziggler, Vickie declared that he was no longer the true champion because she deemed the move illegal. But just as their grand plan was about to come to fruition, Teddy Long appeared on SmackDown, shocking Vickie, Ziggler, and the entire WWE Universe, alike. Cracking under the pressure, Vickie revealed it was Ziggler who attacked Teddy back in January. As the two lovers quarreled, Teddy rehired Edge and arranged for him to face Ziggler for the World Title.
WWE Tag Team Champions Santino Marella & Vladimir Kozlov def. Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel by Disqualification (WATCH | PHOTOS) Just when it looked like WWE Tag Team Champion Santino Marella was going to defeat Justin Gabriel after a lethal Cobra strike, Wade Barrett and Ezekiel Jackson pounced on him. But before they could inflict serious damage, Big Show came charging to the ring. The Worlds Largest Athlete wasted no time clearing the ring of every member of The Corre. Glaring from outside the ring, Jackson appeared ready to go one-on-one with Big Show, but decided to back away and save their battle for another day.
WWE Champion The Miz def. Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston in a Non-Title Match (WATCH | PHOTOS) As The Miz and Kofi Kingston went to war, Alberto Del Rio decided to come to ringside to taunt his Elimination Chamber opponent with his scarf. The WWE Champion capitalized on the momentary distraction and dropped Kingston with a vicious Skull-Crushing Finale. Kingston will surely remember Del Rios actions come Sunday. (Preview)
Maryse & Layla def. Divas Champion Eve & Beth Phoenix (WATCH | PHOTOS) As Divas Champion Eve was getting the better of Layla, Michelle McCool jumped up from the announce table to offer her thoughts on the action. Beth Phoenix quickly silenced McCool, but the distraction left the door open for Maryse and Layla to drop Eve with a devastating double-kick.
"Acting" SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero fired Edge (WATCH) Citing Edges illegal use of the Spear last week, Vickie declared Dolph Ziggler, not Edge, the true World Heavyweight Champion. Then, after saying there would be a Championship Coronation for her boyfriend later in the night, she fired The Rated-R Superstar!
John Cena, Randy Orton, John Morrison, R-Truth, Rey Mysterio & Edge def. With members of both the Raw and SmackDown Elimination Chamber Matches in action, it was Edge and Drew McIntyre who tangled first. In the end, it was a 619 from Rey Mysterio to both Wade Barrett and Dolph Ziggler that set up Edge to seal the deal for his team by Spearing Ziggler. Pay-Per-View Schedules

The Usos def. Yoshi Tatsu & David Hart Smith (WATCH | PHOTOS) After falling to The Great Khali in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match last week, Jimmy & Jey Uso were seeking redemption, and thats exactly what they got in a highly-competitive and physical match against Yoshi Tatsu & David Hart Smith. Despite an impressive seated powerbomb by Hart Smith and the usual awesome arsenal of offense from Tatsu, the Raw duo lost to the menacing brothers. Isis Respond To Backstage Heat Reports Posted by Steve Carrier on 02/18/2011 at 07:05 PM
Isis the Amazon, who participated in a tryout match for TNA Wrestling earlier this week, posted numerous messages on her Twitter account yesterday dismissing the report that she upset those in the locker room with her conduct backstage. According to the Pro Wrestling Torch, the organization's female performers collectively made it clear at this week's television tapings that they would not work with her if she is signed, citing her poor attitude.
"Heat comes & goes. Even if I had it, why would I care? All that matters is that I give what I do 110% & have a positive attitude," she wrote in response to a message that she has "heat" amongst the locker room.
She then added, "I don't ever pay attention to dirt sheets. They're there b/c average people live average, boring lives & need a target like me for amusement & a cheap laugh. I'm not putting it over & I'm don't talking about them, IE giving them credit. F*** 'em."
Lisa Marie Varon (a/k/a Tara) spoke out in defense of Isis, saying she didn't upset the locker room, and that she's a total sweetheart.
Isis also commented on her wrestling ability drawing unflattering comparisons to The Great Khali. She said that Tommy Dreamer, who also works as a producer, told her she has a lot of potential.
"People can say what they want. When a guy like Tommy Dreamer who had worked closely with the Great Khali comes up to you & tells you that you have mass amounts of potential, I'd focus on that as motivation over some stupid dirt sheet talking s***," she said. "My name is still coming out their mouths for a f****** reason- NEVER forget that. So long as I'm doing what I need to be doing, everyone else trying to bring me down can "suck it".
Company sources indicate Isis garnered major heat amongst the locker room due how she carried herself at the events, as if she is already a "big star" in the wrestling industry.
"I've never seen a guy or a girl rub the locker room this much the wrong way," said a TNA employee.
WWE officials are very high on the in-ring work of developmental second-generation talent Richie Steamboat, based on reports from various agents at FCW and tapes they have seen of him.
Its said that the one thing Steamboat may have working against him is his look but the same source who reports that says that officials are so high on his in-ring work that it might not matter.
There has been at least some discussion on bringing Steamboat up to the main roster in the next few months and pushing him as WWEs top technical wrestler.

Amongst TNA Wrestling officials, there has been talk of changing the focus from "big name" veteran stars of yesteryear to the younger performers in the organization.
One source stated that the members of FortuneAJ Styles, James Storm, Robert Roode and Kazarianwould be among the top babyfaces in the company and that "it would be interesting to see" what happens when the contracts of Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair come due. However, the source added that while creative is behind the proposition, plans could easily change.
The source feels that Impact's ratings in the coming weeks will be the deciding factor in whether the company begins focusing on younger talents.
"The key is the ratings," the source stated. "[Dixie Carter] panics when the ratings dip. If it moves two points, she'll panic."
The source explained that if Impact's ratings fall one point as they did last week (from a 1.3 to a 1.2), the company's creative direction stays course. However, the feeling is that Carter tends to overreact when the ratings slide down two points.
- Douglas Williams is fine after taking a scary Border Toss from Hernandez at Monday's TNA iMPACT tapings. Williams wrestled a match at last night's tapings against Robbie E. for next week's Xplosion.
Reason Why Hardy's Court Hearing Was Pushed Back Posted by Steve Carrier on 02/16/2011 at 12:28 PM
The reason as to why Jeff Hardy's court hearing in Carthage, N.C. received another continuance is because Hardy's local attorney James Van Camp is representing a client in a murder trial that prevented him from appearing. Instead, the Superstars were paired together in a tag team match against David Otunga & Michael McGillicutty. WWE Champion The Miz def. U.S. Champion Daniel Bryan in a Non-Title Match (WATCH | PHOTOS) It was evident that Daniel Bryan wasnt all there. During his battle against WWE Champion The Miz, the United States Champion appeared unfocused, perhaps more concerned with his girlfriend Gail Kim, who had been in a scuffle with The Bellas earlier. As a result, The Cleveland Screamer triumphed in the pairs non-title match just six days before he defends his title against Jerry The King Lawler at WWE Elimination Chamber.
Sheamus attacked Mark Henry (WATCH) Elimination Chamber mates, youve been warned. Prior to his match with Sheamus, Mark Henry was attacked by the Irishman on the entrance ramp. The Celtic Warrior nailed The Worlds Strongest Man with a Boot Kick before advising his competition in the Elimination Chamber Match that hes capable of anything. He then booted Henry again to put an exclamation on the point.

She also revealed that she has evidence of Edge assaulting former GM Theodore Long, and that her revelation will cost her ex-husband his job!
CM Punk def. John Cena (WATCH | PHOTOS) Raws anonymous General Manager was at it again. The GM arranged a series of matches involving the six Superstars who will compete in the Raw Elimination Chamber Match. The GM stipulated that if any member of The New Nexus interfered, CM Punk would be eliminated from Sundays bout. Also, if any of the Elimination Chamber participants themselves were to interfere, they would be barred from competing inside Satans Structure as well, costing them a possible opportunity at a WWE Title Match at WrestleMania XXVII.
In the first match, John Cena and CM Punk battled to a dirty finish. For WWEs 2010 Superstar of the Year, his demise arrived when Punk tossed a steel chair into the ring to distract the ref. The preachy Superstar then clocked Cena with a wrench before putting him away with a GTS.

Pope on Feud with Joe & Working for WWE/TNA Posted by Steve Carrier on 02/14/2011 at 11:12 AM
- SunSport in the UK recently spoke to TNA star The Pope. Here are some highlights, courtesy of The Sun:
Promoting his own character in TNA versus WWE: "It all comes down to the promoting of one's character. That doesn't just involve the person themselves, but it involves the company, as well, that the individual is wrestling for. That plays a big part in what works and what doesn't work.
You watch the company up north and they will take a character and shove it down your throat. They tell you 'this is what we want to work so you're going to cheer or you're going to boo'.
Who remembers Elijah Burke but a diehard fan? Pope has become far more known than Elijah Burke ever was in the three years he was with WWE. What does that say about self-promoting? What does that say about TNA's promoting?"
His current feud with Samoa Joe: "I want you to keep a close eye on this situation. I'm going to show how it's going to be THE feud to watch in all of wrestling. You got Pope - I mean, you got POPE - then you got Joe. You got the Samoan Submission Machine, the guy is a monster in the ring, with his aggression and everything.
Pope will handle all the juckin' and jivin', pimpin' and the ridin'. Pope will handle all the talking, the charismatic features and abilities that should be applied in the ring. Pope is going to handle all the showboating. Joe's going to handle the rest. I think it's going to be a great complement to each other, being that we're both so different. When we get in the ring, magic is going to happen."
- Diva-Dirt.com reports that Isis the Amazon, who was to have appeared on the third season of WWE's NXT, is scheduled for a tryout match at tomorrow night's iMPACT! taping in Orlando, Florida.

QUICK RESULTS: - Kazarian def. Robbie E to retain the X Title - Scott Steiner and Beer Money def. Rob Terry, Gunner and Murphy - Samoa Joe def. The Pope - Madison Rayne def. Mickie James to retain the Knockouts Title - Rob Van Dam def. Matt Hardy - Bully Ray def. Brother Devon - Jeff Jarrett def. Kurt Angle - Jeff Hardy def. Mr. Anderson to regain the World Title
- In the opening bout, Kazarian defeated Robbie E to retain the X Divison Championship. Travel issues prevented Jeremy and Max Buck from being at the PPV, so Robbie E demanded they be counted out and declared himself the #1 Contender. However, as Robbie E was leaving, Kazarian came out to say they would have the bout tonight instead! Kazarian won it with an inverted piledriver finisher.
- The team of Scott Steiner and TNA World Tag Team Champions Beer Money defeated Rob Terry, Gunner and Murphy after Scott Steiner hit a top rope Frankensteiner for the win!
- The Pope faced off against Samoa Joe. The Pope took the early advantage, but Joe was able to latch on his Clutch finisher! Realizing he couldn't escape, Pope quickly tapped out to the submission. After the bout, Pope attacked Joe and hit his DDE finisher on Joe into an exposed steel turnbuckle in the corner, busting open Joe's head in the process. After, an irate Joe chased Pope form the ring.
- Mickie James faced Knockouts Champion Madison Rayne with the gold on the line. Madison tried several times early to hit Mickie with her loaded glove, but couldn't. Later in the bout, Tara came down to distract Mickie, allowing Madison to pull a pair of brass knuckles and use them on Mickie to get the knockout punch! The referee then counted out Mickie - Madison Rayne retains the gold!
- Matt Morgan came to the ring to call out Hernandez, and the Mexican Superstar obliged! Hernandez told Morgan he left TNA to be with his culture in Mexico, and he realized who he truly is - and now it was time to stick it to the gringos! Hernandez then smashed Morgan and obliterated him, leaving him down in the ring!
- In an effort to get his revenge on Jeff Hardy, Rob Vam Dam had to go through his brother Matt Hardy first. The two longtime enemies traded plenty of offensive early on, but in the end it was RVD getting the win with the Frog Splash!
- In a Street Fight, it was Bully Ray vs. Brother Devon. Devon's sons eventually got involved in the bout, helping their dad hit his top rope dive on Bully Ray. But Ray made a comeback and handcuffed Devon to the corner. Devon's sons tried to help him, but Ray attacked them! After a big boot by Ray to Devon's son Terrell, Ray got the easy pin and win. Devon was unable to help his sons as he was still handcuffed! Bully Ray then powerbombed Devon's son through the table! After the heinous attack, TNA staff and security came out to try and help and had to remove his son via stretcher.
- In an amazing (and grueling!) bout between two sworn enemies, Jeff Jarrett battled Kurt Angle with very important stipulations. If Kurt won, he would regain custody of his kids. If Jarrett won, Kurt would be forced to walk Karen down the aisle to give her away to Jarrett on March 3! The bout featured back-and-forth action, with Karen getting involved several times. Both Jarrett and Angle nearly had each other beat several times. In the end, after nailing Angle with a steel chair, Jarrett managed to roll up Angle for the quick pin and the win. Angle is now forced to give away his ex-wife Karen when the Jarretts renew their vows!
After the bout, Kurt removed his wrestling boots and placed them in the ring and walked out - which Tazz ominously said that meant Angle "was done". Did we just witness Kurt Angle's last match?
- In the PPV main event, it was Mr. Anderson vs. Jeff Hardy with the TNA World Heavyweight Title on the line in a Ladder Match! It as a truly a historic battle between both Hardy and Anderson, with both trading insane moves using not one, but two ladders! In the end, both Hardy and Anderson battled atop the ladder, but they both came crashing down to the mat. Hardy got the upper hand and tossed Anderson out the ring, allowing him to re-climb the ladder and pull down the title! Jeff Hardy is ONCE AGAIN the NEW TNA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!
- Michael Tarver, who hasn't been seen on RAW or SmackDown since before the Royal Rumble, reminded fans on Twitter that he's "still coming, stay tuned." Tarver was in action at the FCW live events this weekend and was sporting a "grill" in his mouth.
- WWE officials have reportedly discussed doing a major heel turn with Kelly Kelly soon on the SmackDown brand. Vince McMahon is said to be high on Kelly. The turn will likely come out of her ongoing relationship with Drew McIntyre.
