Big Show def. WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio by Disqualification (WATCH | PHOTOS) After escaping Alberto Del Rios cross armbreaker, Big Show looked ready to finish off The Mexican Aristocrat with the chokeslam. Before he could, however, the disruptive Ricardo Rodriguez flew towards the giant from the top rope, bringing about the disqualification.
The Worlds Largest Athlete responded by delivering the WMD to the impulsive ring announcer as well as to his reeling hometown opponent. The carnage didnt stop there. When World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry emerged and charged his gigantic No. 1 contender, Big Show hit The Worlds Strongest Champion with his third WMD of the night, sending him crashing to the canvas with incredible force.
What will happen when Big Show challenges Henry for the World Title this Sunday at Vengeance? This week, Rhodes explained that his harsh feelings toward his Vengeance opponent went far beyond the vicious attack he suffered on the Sept. 23 edition of SmackDown (WATCH). He said that his actions as of late had allowed a demon to be exorcised, one born of contamination from The Vipers venom back when they stood side-by-side in The Legacy.
When called out by the resentful champion, Orton informed him that his attack with the timekeepers bell several weeks ago will be nothing compared to the anguish he will unleash on Rhodes this Sunday. But, when WWEs Apex Predator tried to give him a painful preview, he was suddenly thwarted by Rhodes advancing baggers. Though the Intercontinental Champion would live to fight another day, The Viper stomped one of his assistants into the steel ring steps, before delivering the RKO to the other. Christian & United States Champion Dolph Ziggler (WATCH | PHOTOS) When Sheamus hit Dolph Ziggler with the earth-shattering Brogue Kick earning the tag team victory for him and Zack Ryder he sent Christian a definitive message about what his opponent is in for this Sunday at Vengeance. SmackDown GM Theodore Long announced Zack Ryder vs. Dolph Ziggler for the United States Championship at Vengeance (WATCH | PREVIEW) Although Dolph Ziggler will compete in the WWE Tag Team Championship Match this Sunday, Teddy Long informed Vickie Guerrero that he will also be defending the United States Title against Zack Ryder on the same night.
Wade Barrett def. Daniel Bryan (WATCH | PHOTOS) Insisting that his past alliances with a legion of parasites had been of no benefit to him, Wade Barrett proclaimed that The Great Barrett Uprising would begin with his match against Daniel Bryan. After an incensed Del Rio claimed he would put the giant in his cross armbreaker and make him tap out, Teddy Long asked the Mexican members of the WWE Universe if the match should go on as planned. When the crowd responded with a resounding applause, the main event was set in stone.

The following is the TNA Wrestling Impact results for October 20, 2011, which was taped this past Tuesday from Orlando, Florida and features the aftermath of Sundays Bound for Glory pay-per-view.
We see a video package recapping the history of Evil Hulk Hogan as he stole TNA out from under Dixie Carter, and then the events of Bound For Glory as Sting defeated Hogan to regain control of TNA for Dixie, and Hogans subsequent face turn. We go to the ring where Sting comes out for the opening promo wearing a Hulk Hogan shirt, and he made a promise to bring Impact Wrestling back to Dixie and set Hulk Hogan back on the straight and narrow as the icon who defines wrestling. He had to step out of his skin a little bit, but he had to help Hogan do the right thing for the wrestlers, the fans who have supported him for 30 years, and Hulk Hogan, the greatest wrestler of all time, came home. Sting asks Hogan to come out to the ring, and the Hulkster himself comes out once again wearing the red and yellow. So after everything, theyre suddenly best friends? Hogan is walking a little gingerly on his way to the ring, and he gives Sting a big hug as the crowd chants welcome back at him. Hogan admits that for the last year, hes been wrong and he thanks the fans. He had a couple of rough years and he gives Eric Bischoff credit with helping to get his life back together, so he followed Erics lead in the wrestling business and he now realizes how wrong he was. Hes not blaming Bischoff because he was the one who made the choices he made, but he wants to give Sting credit for putting up with his crap for a year, he stayed true to the fans and Impact Wrestling, and now Hulk Hogan is back and he wants to know what were gonna do when the Hulkster and Sting run wild on us. Sting beat him fair and square in the middle of the ring, and hell never forget what Sting did for him.
Sting now asks Dixie Carter to come join him, and she makes her way down the ramp as we go to commercial.
Okay, were back and Sting says its a time to celebrate, but that doesnt erase how Sting tried to tell her about Hogan 18 months ago and she didnt listen. Dixie gave Sting a home in TNA and hes glad, but now Dixie needs to surround herself with sincere people who have the best interests of the fans and wrestlers in mind because theres no room for error anymore. Dixie apologizes because they were right all along and she didnt listen to them. Her place isnt in the ring, its making sure its the best it can be, and this last year has made her want to fight harder than ever before to make it the best wrestling company in the world. Shell spend a lot more time back at headquarters to do this, so she appoints Sting the General Manager or Commissioner or whatever theyll call it so he can run the day to day stuff because she needs his help to turn things around. Sting says hell do it, and she thanks him and the fans again.
Wait a minute, Kurt Angles music hits and the man who is inexplicably still the World Champion comes walking down the aisle with a big smile on his face.
Okay, were back again and Angle mockingly greets Sting and Dixie Carter even though they expected Robert Roode to be standing in his spot. Dixie may be back in charge and have given Sting control over the company, but hes going to do what he does best, and thats represent the company as the champion. They spent weeks making Bobby Roode look great, interviewed his family and everything, but Angle made him look like a loser because hes the better man. The Beer Money music hit and Roode powerwalks down the aisle and hes aghast that Kurt Angle, the Olympic Champion, had to screw Robert Roode by using the ropes to beat him. He spent 13 years working toward the goal of winning the title only for Angle to screw him in the end. Sting tries to make a rematch tonight, but Angle reveals that he had Hogan and Bischoff put a stipulation in the contract that Roode would only get one shot at the title. He goes to use James Storms catchphrase on Roode, but Storm cuts him off and uses it himself, then makes his way to the ring and
Okay, James Storm introduces himself to Angle and asks him if the contract Angle signed saves him from having to wrestle Storm. Angle screwed the fans and Impact Wrestling and especially Bobby Roode at Bound For Glory, and with all the screwing hes been doing, he screwed James Storm as well and now we have a problem. Storm knows a man who can fix the problem, and says that since he and Sting both wear sunglasses indoors, and since Bobby Roode cant get another title shot, and since the fans want to see a title match here tonight- wait, Angle cuts him off and says Storm needs to stop drinking on the job because theres ten guys ahead of him in line. Sting shuts Angle up and says that tonight, Angle is going to defend the World Title against James Storm. Roode says he just remembered his partners line, and he tells Angle that hes sorry about his damn luck.
Eric Bischoff and Immortal confront Hulk Hogan in the parking lot and says he wants to have a meeting later tonight out in the ring, so if he still has balls after handing them to Sting and Dixie, to face him out in the ring because he has something to get off his chest. Its our favorite part COMMERCIAL BREAK!!
Knockouts Tag Team Title Match: Tara & Brooke Tessmacher vs Winter & Angelina Love
Angelina and Winter attack before the bell and dump Tara to the floor so they can double team Miss Tessmacher. Winter with a side backbreaker for 2 and then Angelina comes in with an elbowdrop for 2. Angelina misses a crossbody out of the corner and Tessmacher makes the hot tag, allowing Tara to come in and clean house. She nearly breaks Winter in half with a clothesline, then wraps her t-shirt around Winters neck and tosses her across the ring. She gets a spinning slam for 2, Tara makes a blind tag and wipes Winter and Angelina out, then Tessmacher comes off the top with a nice flying bodypress for the win.
Winners: Tara & Brooke Tessmacher
The Jarretts arrive at the arena, and then its the return of our old friend, the commercial break!
Jeff and Karen Jarrett come out to the ring and Jeff calls Jeffrey Nero Hardy out to the ring to finish what he started last Sunday. He reminds Hardy that hes been screwing Jarrett for years going back to the first time he no-showed a PPV, so hell give Hardy a choice: either drop the microphone, head to the back, and never be seen again, or he can suffer the consequences at the hands of the founder. Jarrett takes his shirt off and awaits Hardys decision, and Hardy hesitates a good long time as the fans chant his name before telling Jarrett that regardless of what he thinks, the fans want him there and Jarretts the only one still bitching. He thinks it eats Jarrett up the way the fans react to Hardy, and hell never be able to light up the crowd the way Hardy can. Jarrett attacks Hardy, but ends up getting his ass kicked by the Charismatic Enigma before security runs in to separate them. They keep breaking away and go back after each other as security again shows how effective they are at doing anything in wrestling. D-Lo Brown and Al Snow come out to help calm the situation, and end up getting in each others faces as Jarrett comes in and kicks Hardy in the Nero. Hardy goes down like a ton of bricks, Jarrett kisses his wife, and they walk off as Jeff lays in the ring holding his nether regions.
We go backstage to Kurt Angle, who says that nobody backs Kurt Angle into a corner, and hes going to destroy James Storm tonight.
Eric Young is backstage and wants to do a sexy photo shoot for the troops, and Robbie E comes in with Rob Terry and says the TV Title belongs to him. Eric says hes going to go to Sting to make the match,and hes bringing Ronnie from the Jersey Shore with him. Robbie E obviously doesnt believe him, but WE KNOW BETTER.
Gunner comes out for his match, but like everyone else on the show, he needs to talk first! He says that theres a code when you become part of Immortal, and Abyss forgot about that, so Gunner went to Eric and offered to take out the trash, and tells Abyss tocome out to the ring so he can finish the job.
Gunner vs Abyss
Gunner jumps Abyss on the way to the ring, but Abyss comes back with a chokeslam and then a right hand sends Gunner crashing out to the floor. Abyss goes after Gunner and rams him into the steps, so Gunner hops the rail and runs through the crowd and gets counted out.
Winner: Abyss by CO
Abyss convulses in the ring and then Velvet says winning the Knockouts Title was the highlight of her life, and she has nobody but the fans to thank for being behind her 110%, and thats what shes going to do right now. Commercial time!
Ric Flair is backstage with Immortal, but Gunner runs backstage freaking out because that wasnt Abyss who just kicked his ass, it was THE MONSTER ABYSS, and hes someone they could use on their side with Hulk gone. We then go to a video package of Velvet Sky talkingabout people used to pick on her when she was young and she had to fight to earn the biggest win of her career at Bound For Glory.
We head out to the ring so a fan can hold up a sign misspelling pigeons and Velvet can thank the fans. Shes proud to be able to finally stand in front of the fansas the Knockouts Champion,and with all the bullies shes had to deal with and all the bumps and bruises, this is for the people who tried to shut her down and makeher feel like she would neverbe good enough to be the champion. It took four years, but she did it and the fans have been great to her, and- wait, Karen Jarretts music hits and shecomes out to the ring dragging Traci Brooks with her. Karen has the power to fire the both of them, but that would be way too easy, and nobody sees Karen out here crying about crap. If she thinks Tracis had it bad, she hasnt seen anything yet because shes about to make her life a living hell. She has security eject Traci, then tells Velvet she doesnt know who she thinks she is or who shes screwing with, and her first instinct was to strip Velvet of the title, but Jeff convinced her to take the high road, so she wants to see Velvet bleed instead. Shes got just the person to make it happen, but first she tells Velvet to grow eyes in the back of her head.
Madison Raynes music hits and she comes strolling down the ramp, but suddenly Gail Kim, fresh off her live shoot interview, comes out of the crowd and attacks Velvet from behind and she and Madison Rayne beat the champion down and then all three of them celebrate in the middle of the ring.
Hulk Hogan is backstage, and hes WALKING!
Eric Bischoff comes out with Immortal in tow and hes going to take care of his punk kid in due time, but hes got business with Hogan right now and he wants Hulk to come out to the ring and show him what hes got. Hogan comes out and tells Bischoff that if hes got something to say, hes got one shot. Bischoff wants Hogan to explain how he turns his back on the guys who have been watching his back for months, and also turned his back on Bischoff, the man who made Hulk Hogan. Forget Andre and Hulkamania, if it werent for Bischoff, Hogan wouldnt be here. But worst of all, Hogan came between Bischoff and his son, and he was trying to turn Garrett into himself, but Hogan made Garrett turn his back on him. Hogan says he learned a lot about both Eric and Garrett over the last few days, and Garrett is a man Eric could never be. Eric takes a shot at Hogan and Hogan no-sells, but Immortal comes into the ring before Hogan can go after Bischoff. Sting runs into the ring with his bat and Immortal (which needs a new name) clears out. Bischoff backs up the rampway and is yelling at Hogan, and therefore doesnt see his son behind him. Bischoff asks Garrett what hes got to say to him, and Garrett says hes a disgrace. Eric repeatedly pokes Garrett in the chest and tears open his shirt to reveal a Bischoff tattoo, and says he doesnt have a right to wear that. Garrett knocks his old man out and yells SCREW YOU, DAD, SCREW YOU! at Eric.
Beer Money is backstage and Storm says he wishes he had more time to prepare, and Roode says hes been preparing his whole career because hes been here since day one. He could complain about what happened at Bound For Glory, but now this is Storms time, everyone believes that Storm can do it, and tonight he wants to celebrate with the new World Champion, James Storm.
Its main event time!
World Title Match: Kurt Angle vs James Storm
The bell rings, they stare each other down, then Angle kicks Storm in the gut and unloads with a series of right hands, beating Storm down in the corner. Angles right hamstring is heavily taped as he continues to punch and stomp at Storm, and the referee tries to back Angle away, but Angle just shoves him off. Angle plays to the crowd, but turns around and Storm knocks him out with a superkick and gets the pin to win the World Championship.
Winner and NEW World Champion: James Storm
Robert Roode runs into the ring to celebrate with his partner, they hug in the middle of the ring and then Storm takes the belt and goes out into the crowd to celebrate with the fans. Frankie Kazarian comes out to the ring to join Roode, as well as AJ Styles, and Storm makes his way back into the ring to join his Fortune teammates. The ring is absolutely drenched with beer from the celebration as the fans chant Cowboy at Storm, who gets a mic and says that hes been with the company since day one and hes seen people come and go, but the Cowboy is here to stay. Even though the victory was a little bittersweet, and Robert Roode is his best friend in the world and the best tag partner in the world, but the title belongs to him. Storm hands the belt to Roode, but Roode agrees with all the people that Storm deserves it. He wraps the belt around Storms waist and fastens it, and then Fortune stands together in the ring with the new World Champion.

The dark main event after last nights WWE RAW Supershow tapings in Mexico City, Mexico saw John Cena beat WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio by DQ when Ricardo Rodriguez interfered. Del Rio and Ricardo caught Attitude Adjustments from Cena to end the match. Cena cut a promo afterward and talked about RAW making history in Mexico. Cena put over Rey Mysterio, Sin Cara and Alberto Del Rio before closing the show.

MEXICO CITY The first-ever Raw SuperShow in Mexico was also the first event with Interim Raw General Manager John Laurinaitis in full power, so the WWE Universe knew to expect some controversy. What they didnt expect was a public apology.
John Cena & Jim Ross def. WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio & Michael Cole (WATCH | PHOTOS) The near-60-year-old Jim Ross was in no rush to step into the ring, but that wasnt a problem tonight. Feeling determined going into his match against Alberto Del Rio on Sunday, John Cena dominated The Mexican Aristocrat to the point that he tagged off to Michael Cole and fled the ring. Unable to talk himself out of this one, the sniveling announcer was smashed by the West Newbury, Mass. native. After delivering a massive Attitude Adjustment, Cena tagged out to his partner and let Good Ol J.R. finish Cole with a wrenching ankle lock submission.
Now able to choose the stipulation for his bout against the WWE Champion on Sunday, Cena smashed Del Rio on the arena floor, delivering a huge Attitude Adjustment to The Mexican Aristocrat before battering him with with the steel ring steps. The powerful Superstar then grabbed a microphone and counted to 10. It was a brutal preview of the type of contest the challenger had selected for Vengeance a Last Man Standing Match. (MATCH PREVIEW)

Immediately placed in a match against the devastating Mason Ryan, Ziggler was dominated by the wrecking machine before Vickie stepped in and slapped the beast across the face. CM Punk def. The Miz; Triple H ejected from the arena (PHOTOS) Wherever The Awesome Truth goes, controversy follows. Ridiculing both CM Punk and Triple H before the bell even rang, The Miz and R-Truth insulted The Cerebral Assassin to the point that he came to ringside to watch The Straight Edge Saviors back. It was a good thing he was there. After Truth attempted to get involved in the bout, Triple H chased him off only to be stopped by Mr. Laurinaitis. Revealing that there was an immigration issue that prohibited The Game from being in Mexico City, the Interim Raw General Manager requested that Triple H leave the premises or be taken out by security. Main event stipulation announced Confronted by a livid Alberto Del Rio in the locker room of Mexico Citys Palacio de los Deportes, John Laurinaitis promised there was a method to the main event he placed the WWE Champion in tonight the winner of the tag bout will be able to select the stipulation for the WWE Title Match between Del Rio and John Cena at Vengeance.
World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry, Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes & Christian def. John Morrison, Sheamus & Randy Orton (WATCH | PHOTOS) Randy Orton and Sheamus may be two of WWEs most destructive competitors, but theyre not exactly team players. Looking to get his hands on his Vengeance opponent during this wild bout, The Viper chased the despicable Cody Rhodes out of the arena (MATCH PREVIEW) while The Celtic Warrior battered Christian through the crowd. All this mayhem left John Morrison alone in the ring with Mark Henry who crushed The Prince of Parkour with The Worlds Strongest Slam for a decisive victory. The only question is: can he do the same thing to Big Show on Sunday?
Interim Raw General Manager John Laurinaitis apologized to Jim Ross (WATCH | PHOTOS) Many WWE fans were surprised by the words that came out of John Laurinaitis mouth in Mexico City Im sorry. Admitting that thousands of incendiary Twitter messages from the WWE Universe helped him realize that it was wrong to fire Jim Ross last Monday night, (WATCH) the Interim Raw General Manager invited the WWE Hall of Famer into the ring and apologized for his public termination. Mr. Laurinaitis did not welcome J.R. back to the announce booth, though. Instead, he declared a special main event for tonight John Cena & Jim Ross vs. WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio & Michael Cole.

- According to Dave Meltzer, both Hulk Hogan and Kurt Angle were hurting really bad once they went through the curtain. Hogan was how you would expect considering his health but Angle was said to be worse than expected. It's said that Angle needed to be helped to his locker room and he was laying down in the room for a period of time.

During Sunday's Bound for Glory pre-show, the female (Christina Von Eerie) who aided Ink Inc. in their skirmish against Mexican America on Thursday's episode of IMPACT Wrestling was referred by the announcers as Toxine.
She accompanied Jesse Neal and Shannon Moore, where they unsuccessfully challenged Mexican America for the TNA World Tag Team Championship.
Near the bout's conclusion, the alternative Knockout came to grips with Sarita after she attempted to interfere on Mexican America's behalf and ripped her protective mask off. The Canadian native appeared the same as before her recent health scare.
Sarita resumed competing without the protective mask over a month ago in Mexico after announcing on July 8 that she had been stricken with facial paralysis. TNA's storyline explanation for the Mexican America star suddenly donning a protective mask on the July 14 episode of IMPACT Wrestling was that she had broken her orbital bone and jaw during a parking lot brawl with Miss Tessmacher and Tara.

-World Tag Team Championship: After a very physical match, Mexican America defeated Ink, Inc. to retain the Tag Team Titles. There were many high spots from the two teams but after an altercation in the ring involving Toxine taking out Rosita andSarita then pulling down the pants of Anarquia. Hernandez, however, overcame and pinned Jesse Neal for Mexican America to retain the titles.
-X Division Championship: Austin Aries Defeated Brian Kendrick to retain the X division Championship. In a fast paced match, that one comes to expect from the X Division, Aries dominated throughout the first part of the match. After a missed pendulum elbow things turned in Kendricks favor. After control going back and forth and many close calls and high spots. Aries finally pulled off a nasty brain buster and pinned Kendrick to retain.
-Full Metal Mayhem: With the brutal use of ladders and chairs RVD Defeated Jerry Lynn. This match over 10 years in the making Lynn and RVD exchanged excruciating hits but in the end after an dangerous jump off the top turnbuckle to kick an already dazed ladder covered Lynn, RVD was able to get the pin for the win.
-Triple Threat: What basically started out as a 2 on 1 match eventually turned into Crimson and Morgan turning on each other and it becoming each man for himself. Joe took advantage but it wasnt enough. Crimson took out Joe with the spear, which led to Crimson getting the pin for the win and Crimson remaining undefeated.
-Falls Count Anywhere: Its safe to say that Philadelphia hated Bully Ray going into this match. While Bully Ray got his chops in, Anderson retaliated in the form of a metal sign, a cup of beer and his own signature microphone. The fight went into the back stage area but spilled back into the arena where we saw Anderson bring a guardrail to the action for some really nasty bumps. Anderson eventually was able to get the pin after a mic check through a table.
-Knockouts Championship: With Karen as the special guest referee there seemed to be some favoritism shown for Madison Rayne. After Winter attempted to spit in the face of Mickie, getting Karen instead Mickie, she was able to get the pin but with no referee in sight it was not counted. Traci ran to the ring to bring order. With Traci replacing Karen as the referee, Sky was able to get the pin on Winter to become the new Knockouts Champion!
-I Quit Match: Daniels and Styles started out going straight to submission attempts but eventually resorted to breaking each other down with kicks and dives. After going back and forth Daniels seemed to have struck a nerve and AJ finally resorted to grabbing a screwdriver which was forced Daniels to say the words I quit and immediately left the arena. As Styles was leaving Daniels reentered and took out Styles leaving him laying out on the entrance ramp.
Jeff Jarrett appeared to address Jeff Hardy and call him out. Hardy entered and immediately started fighting with Jarrett though it wasnt long before security came into break it up. Since it was fairly obvious they werent able to keep these two from beating each other up, even more security entered and escorted Jeff Jarrett out of the ring and Hardy remained in the ring to revel in the cheers of the creatures of the night
-The Immortal Battles the Icon: Going into the match a lot is on the line with the winner getting control of the company and Dixie Carter was at ringside awaiting the result. After the start of the battle Hogan called in his support, Ric Flair, to help. After going back and forth in a bloody battle Sting was able to get the pin on Hulk Hogan. The victory was short lived as Ric Flair and the rest of Immortal came in to beat down on Sting. Hulk Hogan, however, seemed to have a change of heart and came to the rescue of the Stinger clearing out the ring where the two finally made amends in the ring.
-TNA World Heavyweight Championship: The competition was fierce amongst these two competitors. There were many very close near pin falls and submissions, however, Angle managed to get the victory through a very controversial win where he used the rope for leverage to get the pin and retain the World Heavyweight Championship.
