Ted DiBiase spoke to MySanAntonio.com to promote TLC. Heres what he had to say about his toughest opponent:
Id probably have to say Shawn Michaels. Even though hes a little bit older now, you cant underestimate him. Hes still Mr. Wrestlemania, hes still The Showstopper. Something happens when that bell rings. Hes a feisty little man. Not little. Hes feisty. I put his head through a chair, and he needed stitches, and it didnt even faze him. Theres no practicing (taking chair shots). You just tough it out. You just hope the adrenalines flowing so much that you dont even feel it until the next day.

Shane McMahon has not been working for WWE since announcing his resignation, which takes effect January 1st. Its said that morale is the lowest with workers in the office since anyone can remember. One person close to Shane says that him leaving WWE had to do with being passed over for power and that he was tired of being humiliated publicly by Vince.
TNA updates on Rob Van Dam and Ken Anderson Credit: F4WOnline.com
- Those close to Rob Van Dam say that he doesn't have any "emotional attachment" to TNA. However, if he's offered big money with a light schedule, he would consider signing a deal.
- Ken Anderson to TNA now seems unlikely since he wants to focus more on an acting career. At one point, Anderson was looking to join TNA and prove that WWE made a mistake in letting him go.
- Ric Flair has been in talks with TNA since the Hulkamania tour although there is still no word on a deal being reached. TNA is hoping to him signed by the end of next week. There has also been discussion about doing a Flair vs. Sting program.
- Jim Ross is another name being considered by TNA. However, it's unknown when he'll be able to appear on TV again and a return to WWE still seems to be the most likely option.

Finlay (PHOTOS | WATCH) Last week, the Hollywood, Fla., native defeated an in-ring veteran in Matt Hardy, and the young Superstar followed it up with another big win against The Man Who Loves to Fight. Story behind Maryse fainting on RAW Posted by Chris Kaufman on 12/08/2009 at 02:23 PM

As seen on RAW last week, Maryse looked to faint after her Divas tag match with Melina and Gail Kim. The story behind her falling is that she was just really tired and blown up. She went to do her signature hair flip and realized she wasn't on the hard camera side so she just laid down and laughed about it.

Hogan talks about WWE stars wanting to join TNA Posted by Randy Gordon on 12/09/2009 at 03:41 PM
Thanks to PWTorch.com for the following recap:
Hulk Hogan threw Spike TV under the bus in an interview to promote his battle against WWE and Vince McMahon when explaining the decision to go head-to-head with WWE Raw on the first Monday of 2010. Hogan also claimed Vince is going to throw everything he has at TNA on January 4. He cited his Australian Tour where he says McMahon did everything he could to upset the apple cart and promote WWEs tour of Australia in spring 2010. When I talked to Spike about going head-to-head on Monday nights, I did it for a reason. If youre going to pick a fight, pick a big fight, Hogan said on the Main Event Radio show. Everybody (at Spike) was scared of their own shadow. What if we dont do a number? The thing is, I said, Dont even worry about it. You have to give the audience a choice.
Hogan also claimed that since TNA made the announcement on the UFC special this past Saturday, hes received calls from wrestlers in WWE who are interested in coming to TNA because theyre unhappy with their situation. Ever since I made this announcement, you wouldnt believe some of the wrestlers that have been calling me. A lot of friends, a lot of people in WWE who are not happy with their current situation, Hogan claimed. And you know, we just might surprise you. We might just get some momentum on Monday nights quicker than you think.

HOUSTON Early shades of this Sundays WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs pay-per-view were apparent in the Land of the Extreme this week, as ECW Champion Christian and No. 1 contender Shelton Benjamin came to blows atop a ladder after using teamwork to defeat The Ruthless Roundtable moments earlier.
ECW Champion Christian, Shelton Benjamin & Yoshi Tatsu def. William Regal, Ezekiel Jackson & Vladimir Kozlov (PHOTOS | WATCH) The Ruthless Roundtable a trio that has been through plenty of rocky moments throughout the last few weeks faced another giant hurdle this week on ECW on Syfy. Yoshi Tatsu teamed with ECW Champion Christian and his WWE TLC opponent, No. 1 contender Shelton Benjamin, to challenge William Regal, Ezekiel Jackson & Vladimir Kozlov, in the Extreme main event this week, and The British Brawler and his associates once again crumbled, thanks to the stress of their shaky relationship.
The Moscow Mauler attempted to walk out on his tag team partners, but Big Zeke chased him up the ramp and they began to brawl. When Regal attempted to restore order among his team outside of the ring, they wound up losing the match via count-out. After Benjamin leapt off the top rope at his tag competitors, Christian pulled a ladder from under the ring and climbed it toward the ECW Championship hanging above the mat. Benjamin jumped onto the ladder and fought with Captain Charisma atop the metal structure in what could be a preview to Sundays Ladders Match at WWE TLC.
Where does The Ruthless Roundtable stand after an explosive ECW on Syfy? Who will walk away from WWE TLC the ECW Champion current titleholder Christian or No. 1 contender Benjamin?
Challenging The Ruthless Roundtable (PHOTOS | WATCH) Earlier in the night, Vladimir Kozlov called out his Ruthless Roundtable associate, Ezekiel Jackson, for walking out on their tag team match last week. But their leader, William Regal, intervened and got on his knees, begging them not to let their misunderstanding break their group apart. WWE TLC competitors Shelton Benjamin and ECW Champion Christian, along with Yoshi Tatsu, interrupted The Ruthless Roundtable, challenging them to a tag team match. ECW General Manager Tiffany emerged to let the devious threesome decide if Kozlov and Jackson should settle their differences alone in a match, but Kozlov and Regal decided to accept the Six-Man Tag Team Match.
Vance Archer def. Tommy Dreamer (PHOTOS | WATCH) Vance Archer, one of ECWs newest Superstars, returned to the ring this week, this time taking on Tommy Dreamer. A second chance for The Ripper? Somber mood backstage at WWE RAW Posted by Chris Kaufman on 12/07/2009 at 07:28 PM
Unlike most WWE wrestler related deaths in recent years, WWE has plans to showcase a video package this time around as a tribute honoring Edward "Umaga" Fatu is being prepared. Should the company decide against airing it on television this week, you can catch it on the official WWE website.
In related news, the mood backstage at RAW today in Dallas is said to be rather somber. Most figure it will be worse tomorrow as his closest friends were mostly on Smackdown. In particular, Charlie Haas and Cryme Tyme member Shad Gaspard were both described as "devastated" over his sudden death.
According to The Sun publication, Eddie "Umaga" Fatu was set to return to WWE by the end of the year or early 2010.
WWE officials confirmed to The Sun that Fatu would have been back on the roster had he passed a screening test. Fatu only had two strikes on his record when he was released by WWE this past June after refusing to enter a rehabilitation center following his second violation of the company's drug testing policy. Had he returned to the company, his previous two offenses would have remained.
In October, Umaga told colleagues that he was speaking to WWE about returning to the company. This was the reason he gave for pulling out of a previously scheduled 'shoot' interview filming.
Figure Four Weekly's Bryan Alvarez also reports that Hulk Hogan wanted to bring Fatu to TNA following the 'Hulkamania' tour of Australia. However, he told people there was no way he was going to TNA and that he was heading back to WWE once the tour had commenced.
One WWE source said they expected him to return by the Royal Rumble providing he passed his screening test.
