PWMania.com reader Paul sent the following last night:
It appears Edge may have injured his leg during his match with Jeff Hardy at tonights house show. After four or five minutes of drawing audience participation, including Edge pretending to slip off the ropes the two performers finally engaged in a collar and elbow tie up. Shortly after Edge charged Hardy into a corner of ring where Edge went down. Its unclear why he went down or what part of his leg was injured, but the match immediately stopped without any further interaction from the two wrestlers. Referee Charles Robinson threw up the X arm signal and the bell rang, awarding Jeff the victory due to Edge not being able to continue. There was a thought that this was a horribly booked work, but Edge even grabbed the mic and apologized to the crowd saying, Sorry. Apologizing, of course is not typical of a major heel. The match ended with almost no action what so ever and Edge needed assistance back to the locker room.
An interesting bit of info: This is the 3rd consecutive San Diego event where a superstar was injured.
-Edge, of course tonight -Evan Bourne injured his ankle at the 10/28 Smackdown taping, that was the Halloween edition of SD -Randy Orton broke his collar bone at the June 2008 Extreme Rules PPV in San Diego against HHH in a Last Man Standing match.
It appears that WWE has repackaged Jesse with a new gimmick. He appeared on last nights SmackDown in a segment with Cryme Tyme. Jesse played the hip-hop role and was dressed for the part with a fitted cap, chain and everything.
When Jesse, real name Ray Gordy, was first signed to a WWE developmental deal back in 2005, he used a very similar gimmick where he was called Ray Geezy. The gimmick was considered by some to be a success. Apparently Jesse did the gimmick on an episode of Cryme Tymes Word Up online show last week also.
-Video of Samoa Joe joining the Mafia aired, as well as past incidents that supposedly led up to Joes turn. Also included: Sting getting beaten down at the end of last weeks show. Double J Takes Control is the title. Good luck with that.
-Impact Open.
-The Main Event Mafia led off the show. During their entrance, Tenay talked about Team 3D vs. Booker and Steiner tonight, where the winner will face the tag champs at Victory Road. Kurt addressed Sting, who was apparently not in the Impact Zone. Angle called what happened last week strictly business. He turned his attention to Mick Foley, who he asked to come out to face the boss, like a man. Foley did make his way out, with Rocco and Sally Boy. Foley tried to say it was a misunderstanding, but Angle told him to save it. Angle said he crossed the boss last week when Foley went back on his word. Angle assured Foley there would be consequences and called the Mafia the most dominant form in the history of the business. He said Foleys answer isnt important, but what is important is their reputation. Angle told Foley if you want a dance, you have to pay the band. Mick told Angle and the guys to leave him alone as the Mafia started to surround Foley. Mick said hell face Angle at Victory Road. Mick told his security to protect him, but Angle told Steiner to take them out, so he did, with a lead pipe. Foley called them the worst security team around. He asked Angle if he was going to stomp a mud puddle in me and walk it dry. Mick wanted to make a deal, but Angle said he wasnt Monty Hall. Angle said behind door number one- he kicks Foleys ass. Door number two- Booker kicks his ass. Door number three- Nash kicks his ass. And behind the curtain, Angle unleashes Samoa Joe on his ass. Id take Nash. Foley picked door number one and punched Angle. Then on cue, the Mafia attacked Mick. So is Foley back to being a face now? Jeff Jarrett came out to apparently make the save, as the entire Mafia ran off because of one guy (and his guitar). Wow, some super-group they are. When Foley got to his feet, Jarrett crushed him with the guitar. Somehow, Jarrett was bleeding from the forehead on the way back to the locker room.
[Commercial Break]
-Tenay and West narrated a video of what just went down, as well as Foley backstage telling a medic that he didnt want help. The announcers talked on-camera about Jarrett and Foleys issues.
-Foley had to be held back by security as he barged into Jarretts locker room.
-A sit-down interview from earlier in the day between Tenay and Kevin Nash aired. Tenay talked about Nash and Hall going to WCW in 1996, and Nash talked about going to WCW for more money and less work. He talked about how hes here to make money, though he doesnt mind wrestling. Nash said hes in the best shape hes been in in ten years, and hes looking forward to beating someone of AJ Styles caliber for the Legends Title. He also said having the belt will make him more money on the autograph circuit.
[Commercial Break]
-Abyss was backstage, throwing stuff around in a fit, looking for Dr. Stevie while Lauren tried to calm him down. Abyss said hes never cared about someone in his life more than hes cared about Lauren. But he said he was sick and hell always be sick. He said he never asked her to stop being a woman; so she shouldnt ask him to stop being a monster. Is this Beauty and the Beast? He said hed be back to get her when its all over.
1- CODY DEANER vs. AMAZING RED
Deaner was a bit too aggressive early on, and he paid for it. He wore jeans with kneepads, but no shirt. He tried to work the arm, but Red came back with a few arm-drags. Head-scissor take-over that sent Deaner to the outside to consult with his woman, ODB. Red did a twisting dive over the top onto Deaner. Back in the ring for a side-roll that got two. A few more kicks from Red, but he was turned inside-out by a clothesline. A cover got two for Deaner and ODB bounced around at ringside. Right hands from Deaner in the corner on Red. I think hes got duct tape rather than athletic tape on his wrists. Whip into the buckle by Red, then a spin kick that got a near-fall. Red went to the top, but Deaner knocked him off as he was pointing to ODB. Deaner decided to go to the top, much to the chagrin of ODB. He put on his ball cap, but missed a diving headbutt. Red came back with the Red Eye, a sort of inverted DDT, for the win.
WINNER: Red, at 4:18.
-Abyss was throwing things around next to a green screen when security with baseball bats showed up. Security head Mike Davis yelled at Abyss and said this wasnt going to happen in his house. The two went face-to-face as the show went to break.
[Commercial Break]
-Jeremy Borash was standing by with Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett was getting his gear out of the locker when the Mafia walked in clapping. Angle said he just wanted to talk. He asked Samoa Joe to hold his title. Hes quite the lacky now. Kurt said theyve had their differences, but it doesnt have to be like that anymore. Angle made a peace offering and said as a group, they could rule the business for the next ten years. Jarrett said screw your offer! Jarrett hadnt forgot the history between them and wasnt about to set it aside for a peace offering. He told Angle its his company, and theyre playing by HIS rules tonight. Jarrett said Angle would be wrestling in a tag match, with Samoa Joe, against he and Styles. Oh, and the TNA Title is going to be on the line. If either of the face side wins the fall, that person gets the title. Booker ranted while Jarrett told them to leave. I really hate when singles titles can change hands in tag matches.
-West hyped up the match that was just made, as well as the TNA Live schedule.
-Lauren was backstage with Jenna Morasca. She asked about the challenge Sharmell made last week. Jenna said shed accept the offer and said she didnt consider Sharmell much of a wrestler anyway. She said itd be on at Victory Road. Sojourner Bolt walked up and call Jenna a pale, pancacke-ass white girl. Yikes. SoJo said shed personally make sure Sharmell was ready for the match at Victory Road.
[Commercial Break]
-JB was backstage with the Mafia. Before he could ask a question, an angry Angle took the mic and said Jarrett just signed his death certificate by making that tag match. He talked up the potential of an Angle & Joe tandem and said Styles and Jarrett better look out tonight. After Angle left, Booker told Sharmell to go find Matt Morgan, as theyve got business to take care of. Sharmell put up a fuss about having to run the errand, but eventually did so.
2- ERIC YOUNG vs. RHINO
Jesse Neal came to the ring with Rhino. Young attacked Rhino as soon as the Michigan native ran into the ring. Rhino soon was on the offense, but an Irish whip was reversed hard by Young, who then caught Rhino with a clothesline. Right hand and some choking by Young in the corner. EY settled into a rest-hold about 1:30 in. Tenay said Foley would be back next week to confront Jarrett. Wasnt that supposed to be resolved, according to Jarrett, a few weeks ago? During the match, Young attacked Jesse on the outside, throwing him head-first into the guardrail. He was very deliberate in getting back in the ring. Rhino fought back and hit Young with a flying clothesline. Shoulder into the gut of Young in the corner, then a spinebuster. Neal got on the apron as Rhino was in a pin. Rhino confronted him, but Young shoved him into Neal, and rolled him up for the win.
WINNER: Young, at 3:37.
-Sharmell was complaining backstage about Booker sending him to do things for him. Morgan was on the phone, but hung up when she announced that Kurt wanted to see him. He made her repeat it because he was so happy. He assumed he was getting a spot in the Mafia and whisked Sharmell away.
[Commercial Break]
-JB was back in the Mafia offices when Sharmell brought Morgan in. Morgan wanted to know how much money hed be getting. Angle only said theyd be taking him under serious consideration, but theres more that hell need to do. Angle wanted to cover all his bases for his tag match tonight and told Morgan that Christopher Daniels, Styles good friend, better not get anywhere near the ring during the match. Morgan said OK, but his patience is wearing thin waiting for the Mafia to make a decision.
-Sarita will debut in two weeks, according to a vignette showing her past work.
3- VELVET SKY & ANGELINA LOVE vs. AWESOME KONG & TARA
Madison Rayne had a giant poster of Victory Road with the Beautiful People on it with her as she accompanied her team to the ring. Apparently, Tara is short for Tarantula, and she brought one in a box to the ring with her. West talked about texting back-and-forth with Velvet at four or five in the morning about Tara. That was pretty funny. Tara worked over Velvet with a few arm-drags. Tara had Velvet by the arm and Awesome Kong made the tag, not allowing Sky to get away. Finally, after sending her into her corner, Love tagged in. Shots to the throat and head by Kong, then she tossed Love into the corner. Tara came back in and Madison got on the apron to distract the ref while Velvet interfered. That rarely causes a DQ anyway, so was the distraction even necessary? Sky and Love double-teamed Tara in the ring, then Velvet dropped an elbow that got two. Hair toss into the heel corner by Velvet, and Love came back in, but they did a double face-drop. Kong made the tag and Velvets offense had no effect. She took out Love too. Awesome Bomb coming up, but Love got involved, as did Tara. Love got sent into the post on the outside while Kong hit the Implant Buster for the win.
WINNERS: Kong & Tara, at 4:38. A good way to continue the Beautiful People vs. Tara feud.
After the match, Tara brought the tarantula out of the box and even Kong seemed creeped out by it. Love and Rayne were already on the ramp and Tara put it on Skys stomach as she lay in the ring.
[Commercial Break]
-Lauren was standing by with Angelina Love. She was ranting about the tarantula in the ring. Love didnt seem to care about Velvets condition. Lauren made her freak out by thinking she had a spider on her shoulder. What goes around comes around, said Lauren.
-A short Team 3D video package aired.
-Beer Money, Incorporated came out. They joined the commentators. West talked bad about them before they got there, then sucked up to them when they put the headsets on.
4- TEAM 3D vs. SCOTT STEINER & BOOKER T- WINNERS GET A SHOT AT TNA TAG TITLES AT VICTORY ROAD
The four men got into a shoving match before the bell rang. Steiner kicked away at Brother Ray in the corner, but Bubba splashed him in the opposite corner. Beer Money was not having any of Wests ass-kissing on commentary. Steiner suplexed Ray down. Ray came back with a scoop slam, but missed an elbowdrop. Steiner did the same. Ray with a sidewalk slam for two. Booker kicked Devon in the back when Steiner had the refs attention. Booker came in and superkicked Devon in the corner. Booker held Devon, allowing Steiner to kick away at his mid-section and upper body. Overhead suplex by Steiner on Devon, which looked pretty impressive. Side-kick by Booker on Devon. Clothesline by Devon coming off the ropes and both men were down. Tagged made to Brother Ray. Hip-toss for Booker, Bubba Bomb for Steiner. Booker came back with the Bookend for two. Sheik Abdul Bashir and Kiyoshi, dressed nicely, came out and started brawling with Beer Money. Back in the ring, Team 3D hit the 3D on Booker. Sharmell got in the ring to distract the ref a Ray went for the pin. Steiner missed a clothesline and Ray slammed him, while Devon went to the top and hit the headbutt to the groin. The crowd chanted get the tables and Devon did so. The British Invasion came down and as Rob Terry distracted the ref, Doug Williams took out Devon on the outside and Brutus Magnus hit Brother Ray with the briefcase and he draped Bookers arm over Ray to get the victory for the Mafia.
WINNERS: Booker & Steiner, at 7:33.
[Commercial Break]
-Jethro Holliday was in the ring, ready to face Jay Lethal, but Lethal didnt come out. Backstage, they showed Abyss tearing through Lethal and Consequences Creed in his search for Dr. Stevie. Abyss then came to the ring and Holliday met him with a right hand, but ended up getting Black Hole Slammed. Abyss sent Holliday to the outside, then grabbed a mic and called Dr. Stevie out. He looked into the camera and said he doesnt need the doctor anymore. He said that from now on, the only person to get shock treatment will be Stevie himself. He said hed snap Stevie across his shoulders like a twig when he got a hold of him. Stevie was on the Video Tron in some grainy footage, but he had apparently kidnapped Lauren. He said he wasnt going to do anything to her because hes not a monster like Abyss. He said he owns Abyss mind, body and soul. Dr. Stevie said Abyss would come into his office for therapy next week or else something would happen to Lauren. Abyss ran backstage, presumably to search for Lauren.

-All four combatants in the main event made their entrances. The match is next.

5- JEFF JARRETT & A.J. STYLES vs. KURT ANGLE & SAMOA JOE- TNA WORLD TITLE MATCH
JB handled ring introductions for this one. Jarrett and Angle went at it to start, and Angle quickly shrugged off a Stroke. The two traded offense and Styles tagged in. Angle raked the face. What incentive is there to tag out here, when you need to be in to win the title, since winning as a team means nothing here? Joe came in and got dropkicked down, then Angle came in and Styles and Jarrett traded off punching him. Angle was sent to ringside as the faces hit a double-clothesline on Joe.
[Commercial Break]
Styles was on the mat out of break and Joe had just made a tag to Angle. They seemed to be focusing on the knee of Styles. Both Angle and Styles were down, but Joe knocked Jarrett off the apron and no one was there when A.J. went for the tag. Joe came in and kinda toyed with Styles. Headbutt, but Styles came back with a moonsault that turned into an inverted DDT, at the same time he hooked Angle and gave him a regular DDT. Jarrett tried to get on the apron, but Styles got locked in a submission by Joe. Styles broke out and Pele kicked Joe, then made the tag. Pedigree (called a double-arm DDT by Tenay), then Joe came in to give Angle the advantage again. Angle Slam turned into a DDT by Double J. He fought off Joe and Jarrett looked like he was going to hit the Stroke off the top. Instead, Joe hit the Muscle Buster on Jarrett, but Styles took out Joe and, inadvertently, the referee. Jarrett was able to finally hit the Stroke, but the ref was out. Jeff went for the guitar but by then, the ref was up and he took the guitar away. At that point, Angle locked in the ankle-lock. He tried to make the tag to Styles, but Joe pulled him off the apron. Angle grape-vined the leg of Jarrett. Jarrett didnt tap, but passed out from the pain. Slick Johnson raised and dropped his arm three times, then called for the bell.
WINNERS: Joe & Angle, at 12:50.
The Mafia celebrated in the ring following the match. Styles took the title and threatened the Mafia with it, causing them again to flee to ringside. He attacked Joe, then the MEM came back in and attacked Styles. In a split-screen, Morgan was beating up Daniels backstage. As Nash was about to hit Styles with the Legends Title, the lights went out. When they came back on, Sting was in the ring with a baseball bat. He cleaned house on the Mafia with the bat. He grabbed the belt, held it above his head, then the lights went out again. Sting and the belt were nowhere to be seen when the lights came back on.
We received a report last night from a fan in attendance at the SmackDown/ECW live event in San Diego saying Edge was injured during his match with Jeff Hardy. The fan says Edge was running towards Jeff when it appeared he twisted or broke his ankle and that his foot was in a very awkward position. The match was stopped, EMTs came running to Edge and he was helped to the back but not before he told the fans sorry on the mic.
Furthermore, Dave Meltzer says the injury may be a torn Achilles tendon and that they had only been actually wrestling for about a minute. This would be a serious injury for one-half of the WWE Unified Tag Team Champions that would likely require surgery and put him out of action for a while.
After a solid run of television appearances due to his partnership with Hornswoggle, Goldust's status remains in question once again following his move to ECW this past week.
In the eyes of officials, he's been on the bubble ever since his return to the company this past November, and only after he started teaming up with Hornswoggle did he start regularly appearing on television again. Prior, he had only made a handful of appearances since his return.
Santino Marella def. The Brian Kendrick John Morrison def. Charlie Haas Zack Ryder def. Tyler Reks Unified Tag Team Champion Edge def. World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk
This week on WWE Superstars on WGN America, the WWE Universe was treated to some explosive match-ups, and one disappointing result. With four hard-hitting contests, including World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk taking on Unified Tag Team Champion Edge, and the in-ring debut of Tyler Reks, the show was certainly a smash hit.

Santino Marella def. The Brian Kendrick (PHOTOS | WATCH) After last weeks Raw, Santino Marella had to unfortunately deal with the firing of his sister Santina, but seems to be handling it all fairly well, coming out victorious Thursday night. In a back-and-forth match, it seemed as though The Brian Kendrick had the Italian Superstar right where he wanted him, but that was not the case. With an impressive pin reversal, Marella caught Kendrick off-guard with the 1-2-3 and left the abrasive Superstar lying in the ring stunned at what happened. A win like this will certainly help ease Santinos loss of his sister from the Raw brand.
John Morrison def. Charlie Haas (PHOTOS | WATCH) There are not many Superstars that are as explosive in the ring as John Morrison, and he displayed his incredible athleticism and innovative offense in defeating Charlie Haas. Whatever Haas did, The Friday Night Delight seemed to have an answer for, being one step ahead for most of the match. In the end, The Shaman of Sexy took the Seton Hall alum for a Moonlight Drive and followed up with the Starship Pain to ensure the pin and the win. The sky seems to be the limit for Morrison and his ever-growing arsenal of impressive moves will continue to lead him to the top.
Zack Ryder def. Tyler Reks (PHOTOS) In what might be the catalyst for a new East Coast-West Coast rivalry, Zack Ryder made sure to represent his native Long Island in a hard-fought match against the debuting Californian Tyler Reks. Throughout the match, Reks displayed his skillset, hitting Ryder with several jaw-jacking moves. However, the man who loves to say Woo woo woo was able to capitalize on a miscalculation to lead him to the winners circle. As the Californian jumped up to climb the second turnbuckle, Ryder kicked his leg out from under him, leaving Reks prone to a devastating Zack Attack and a Ryder victory. Although Reks was on the losing side of action, his performance was enough to ensure that he will be back to fight another day.
Unified Tag Team Champion Edge def. World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk (PHOTOS | WATCH) Unfortunately for the WWE Universe, the night ended on a sour note, as Edge was awarded the victory after CM Punk forfeited due to seemingly injuring the same eye he did in his title defense against Jeff Hardy at The Bash. Throughout most of the match, things looked to be going The Straightedge Superstars way, as he used his well-trained kicks to break down The Rated-R Superstar. When it seemed as if everything was in line, Punk had Edge up on his shoulders for the Go To Sleep, but The Ultimate Opportunist slid out of it, raking the World Heavyweight Champions eyes. After a few minutes favoring his eye in the corner, Punk waved his arms signaling that he could not fight on. As Josh Mathews asked Punk after the match while he was being checked on by trainers, the real question is: Would Punk have been willing to just give up if the gold was on the line?
Former WWE Diva Torrie Wilson was interviewed by Kevin Eck of The Baltimore Sun to discuss her second place finish in NBC's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here and she had some interesting things to say regarding World Wrestling Entertainment . Highlights from the interview are as follows:
Whether having a snake on her face was worse than kissing Vince McMahon: "Oh, making out with Vince, for sure [laughs]. Ill take the snake any day."
Embarrassed over taking part in the Miss WrestleMania Battle Royal: "Im very mad at myself and embarrassed that I agreed to be a part of something like that. A lot of people in the audience didn't even know that I was in that match because they didn't even announce it. For me, that whole experience at WrestleMania was kind of like closure. I feel like maybe I'm not appreciated like I would have hoped. They just wanted all these girls there. Now I can understand why Trish [Stratus] decided not to do it; she was smart. Going into it I trusted them that they would use me in the right way and I should have known better. All in all, I learned a valuable lesson."
Whether she thinks she's done with professional wrestling: "I do. I just didn't appreciate that experience and I felt very unappreciated after all of the years that I put in for them. You combine that with the fact that I asked them to do a little thing on wwe.com to "vote for Torrie" and they just ignored me. So, my feelings are hurt.
Batistas in-ring return date is tentatively slated for WWE Survivor Series, which takes place in Washington, DC. There was some optimism that he would try to return later this summer, but given reports that he is becoming aware of ages impact on his body, it appears he is not going to risk returning too early.
Justin Angel defeats Kris Logan Dawson Alexander defeats Troy Jackman Angela and Johnny Prime defeats Beverly and Alex Riley 10 man battle royal (winner and number one contender for the fcw championship Ricky Ortiz) Trent Baretta and Caylen croft defeats tag team champion Tyler Recks (new tag team champions)
In a likely indication that they are through with the company, the official TNA website has removed the pictures of multiple wrestlers from its roster page.
Among those removed from the page include Jacqueline, Raven, and Naito & Yujiro of the No Limit tag team.
Jacqueline had not appeared on television in recent months, Raven was believed to be working on a pay-per-appearance deal, and the contracts of No Limit were set to expire soon.
Shane Douglas was also recently removed from the roster page. He was working on a pay-per-appearance deal.
According to a source, WWE Diva Rosa Mendes was told by management to slim down. Reportedly, she took the comment to heart and has dropped weight in recent weeks.
As noted earlier, last nights episode of ECW saw the debuts of four wrestlers in Yoshi Tatsu (Naofumi Yamamoto), Abraham Washington (Brian Jossie), Sheamus (Stephen Farrelly) and Tyler Reks (Gabriel Tuft). However, both wrestlers and fans alike shouldnt get too comfortable quite yet as the four newcomers were considered in the eyes of creative as not full-fledged ECW wrestlers, but rather, wrestlers being looked at for possible spots on ECW. At this point, none are considered to be official members of the ECW roster.
Keep your eyes peeled on ECW over the next few weeks as more developmental wrestlers will be tested out for possible spots on the roster. Given the limited amount of roster spots in ECW and extraordinary number of wrestlers in developmental, unfortunately, not everyone will make it. Given WWEs lack of patience for young stars, its definitely a sink or swim situation.
Yoshi Tatsu def. Shelton Benjamin Sheamus def. local competitor Vladimir Kozlov & William Regal def. ECW Champion Tommy Dreamer & Christian
FRESNO, Calif. Thanks to Donald Trumps blockbuster 15-Superstar trade and ECWs New Superstar Initiative, the Land of the Extreme is a changed place. The New Era of ECW is full of new faces and plenty of hungry ECW Superstars ready to make an Extreme impact on Tuesday nights.
Vladimir Kozlov & William Regal def. ECW Champion Tommy Dreamer & Christian (PHOTOS | WATCH) Sunday nights Bash competitors became tag team partners on ECW this week, when ECW Champion Tommy Dreamer joined Christian to face Vladimir Kozlov and William Regal, the later who arrived via Trumps trade. Dreamer & Christian seemed to put their differences aside for the match, but their bond wasnt strong enough to withstand the impact of The Moscow Mauler and his English partner. The ECW Original lost the tag team match after the unstoppable Kozlov pinned him for the win. How will Regals presence affect ECW? Who will dare to get in the ring the brutal Kozlov? What's next for Captain Charisma? And when will Dreamer defend the ECW Championship next?
Yoshi Tatsu def. Shelton Benjamin (PHOTOS) ECWs General Manager, Tiffany, said ECW is the place to see the best, most talented, young Superstars in WWE today, and Yoshi Tatsu is proof. Shelton Benjamin made his return to ECW as part of Trumps trade, but was bested by one of Tuesday nights newest Superstars, Tatsu, who arrived via the New Superstar Initiative. The Japanese Superstar made an impressive debut in the Land of the Extreme, when he defeated The Gold Standard quickly with one swift kick and a pin after plenty of taunting and teasing from Benjamin. After making such a shocking debut, which Superstar will have the nerve to face brave newcomer Tatsu?
Sheamus def. local competitor (PHOTOS) Irish eyes were smiling widely upon Sheamus during his ECW debut. Sheamus who also arrived in ECW as part of the New Superstar Initiative earned his first Extreme victory over a local competitor Tuesday night. Sheamus comes from Ireland and a long line of tough, Irish Superstars such as Finlay, who moved to SmackDown in Trumps trade. Its clear this new ECW Superstar is poised to make an impact in the Land of the Extreme. How will his arrival affect ECW on Sci Fi?
"The Abraham Washington Show" debuts with The Bella Twins (PHOTOS | WATCH) Abraham Washington also made his ECW debut Tuesday night with his self-titled talk show. The special guests for his inaugural show were none other than the newest Extreme Divas Nikki & Brie Bella. The sisters told Washington and the WWE Universe that being identical twins has its advantages and its disadvantages, in and out of the ring. The Bellas discussion turned into a bit of sibling rivalry-tinged argument, of which Washington found himself caught in the middle. How will Washington and The Bellas arrival on ECW impact Tuesday nights?
Zack Ryder meets Tyler Reks Enthusiastic newcomer Tyler Reks met his future competition Tuesday night. The Southern California-raised, surf-loving Superstar approached Zack Ryder in the ECW locker room just two days before their match on WWE Superstars. Ryder quickly told the rookie to get a few things straight the best beaches are on his native Long Island, N.Y., and he better eat his avocado rolls to toughen up before their match Thursday night. Will Reks be as successful as the others in ECWs New Superstar Initiative when he faces Ryder on WWE Superstars? Tune in Thursday night at 8/7 CT on WGN America.
Tony Atlas' future with WWE is very much in doubt following the transfer of his associate, Mark Henry, to the RAW brand this past Monday.
Company officials plan on pushing the "World's Strongest Man" as a top babyface, which as a result, has left Atlas to fend for himself as he is not being brought alongside him.
The WWE Hall of Famer's contract is coming due in a few weeks and it remains uncertain whether it will be renewed.
It'll be interesting to see what they do with Hornswoggle in the coming weeks as well.
The PWTorch.com Newsletter is reporting that former WWE diva Candice Michelle fell out of favor with WWE management because of her weight when she worked out in the ring last month in Los Angeles.
Candice was rehabbing an injury and WWE officials apparently believe she showed up to TV out of shape and not looking ready for TV.
You can see pictures of Candice Michelle after a big weight gain a while ago at this link.
- As seen on tonights ECW on Sci-Fi, several new members debuted on the main roster from developmental.

There was some confusion backstage over the trade storyline on RAW last night, and several wrestlers had trouble with the logic of how it played out on TV. PWInsider.com reports that the decision to switch the talent was made in the last week or so. The moves were done by WWE to make RAW and Smackdown stronger.
