News on Wyatt Family Debut, The Undertaker Injured
- Even before last night's RAW hit the air, The Wyatt Family were trending worldwide on Twitter.
- WWE officials were happy with the way Bray Wyatt, Erick Rowan and Luke Harper debuted on last night's RAW, even though they were debuted in a segment that normally gets bad ratings. No word yet on WWE's response to the crowd reaction but it's worth noting that they did not edit out the Husky Harris chants when re-posting the debut on YouTube and WWE.com.
- There was immediate speculation that The Wyatts were gearing up for a SummerSlam match against Kane and The Undertaker after they took out Kane on RAW last night. F4Wonline.com reports that The Undertaker may not be ready for SummerSlam as he's hurt again. Apparently Taker injured himself in his most recent WWE TV angle with The Shield a few months ago.
For what it's worth, WWE's goal with The Wyatt Family is said to be turning them babyface but that likely won't happen for a while.

WWE Releases Statement on Sexual Harassment Claims
- It was recently noted that former WWE developmental talents Chase Donovan and Chad Baxter appeared on a TwoAndaHalfWrestlers.com podcast and made sexual harassment claims against NXT trainer Bill DeMott. WWE issued the following statement in response to those claims:
"There have been no sexual harassment complaints filed against any employee at the WWEs training facility in Orlando. Instead there have been baseless allegations made by disgruntled talent recently released by WWE. Regardless, WWE takes these issues seriously and investigated this matter, concluding that there was no wrongdoing."
Ivelisse Velez was interviewed by RingBellesOnline.com. Here are some highlights.
On whether you saw the real Ivelisse on Tough Enough: Editing is a powerful tool. Theres so much footage that the very little that they end up picking for to release is nothing you think damn, they end up putting that on TV and this other thing that happened that was crazy or worth being on TV didnt?
What advice she was given in developmental: I hated to hear dont wrestle like a guy, we want you to wrestle like women. My entire career I focussed on wrestling like I was just as good as the guys, and Im told now that I finally make it that I have to switch it up and be girly. It was a little frustrating.
Friction with a trainer in developmental: As soon as Dr Tom [Pritchard] was not there anymore I saw something lurking. I knew my days were limited. If you notice specifically in Tough Enough, theres a certain person that didnt really like me very much. So I knew I had to really get to the main roster as soon as I possibly can because otherwise Id probably be out of there.
News On The TNA Television and Knockouts Tag Titles
PWInsider.com is reporting that the decision to retire the Knockouts Tag Titles was made for several reasons. One, the feeling is the company just doesn't have enough Knockouts to make the title mean something currently and they are trying to take the Knockouts roster and build them around the singles title. Two, with all the other concepts (Gutcheck, Bound for Glory Series, Open Fight Night, etc.), the feeling was that certain things had to be removed to keep things from being cluttered, which is why the belts are gone.
The TNA TV title which is currently held by Abyss is gone as well for the time being. The feeling is that they can always re-introduce the belts if needed down the line.
Former Ring of Honor wrestlers Jay and Mark Briscoe were spotted at ringside at tonight's WWE house show event in Ocean City, MD. Here is a photo from the event:
Ring of Honor recently decided not to re-new their contracts with the company steaming from some controversial Twitter comments from Jay.
Prior to their contract expiring, there was talk that the two were WWE bound.
ROH tag team The American Wolves Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards were intereviewed on Mexican tv and say they are in contract negotiations with TNA and the WWE. Youtube clip courtesy of youtube member Chikarra IsWeird:
mss zelf niet de moeite om te vermelden maar ik post het toch omdat ik denk dat de roddelsites hier echt van gaan smullen

- WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee recently spoke with CitizensVoice.com to promote upcoming live events. Here are some highlights:
Being Divas Champion: "To actually have completed that 14-year mission is amazing and surreal. I'll kinda leave the title around my apartment, just to remind me of it. Yeah, I put it in the bed with me sometimes."
Paying tribute to Eddie Guerrero by "playing possum" in the match she won the title: "That was like my shout-out to him for being my inspiration all these years. He was so funny, and whether he was somebody you wanted to boo or cheer - he was so easily (bad or good), and he didn't really change that much of his style. So funny and sassy and shady. He would just cheat all the time, and it was so goofy."
- Regarding the two Divas WWE hired for the E! reality show, Eva Marie and Jo Jo Offerman, the word going around backstage is that they are very bad in the ring.
Regarding Daniel Bryan not being punished over the recent confrontation with Triple H backstage, some witnesses say Vince McMahon was there and others say he wasn't present. Apparently Vince has given Triple H full control of managing talent and when Triple H didn't want to punish Bryan for his outburst, Vince didn't overrule him
- Dolph Ziggler was recently interviewed by The Carroll County Times to promote this weekend's WWE live events. Here are some highlights:
Q: First of all, lets talk about you coming back from your recent concussion. Was this the first one you had suffered?
A: Yeah, I mean, I think I had one other one in college, but nothing this bad ever, in my life.
Q: Can you describe what you remember about getting it and the days and weeks after getting it?
A: Yeah, sure. I had a bad headache for a solid two weeks afterwards. I was diagnosed with retrograde amnesia which meant I ended up losing a day and a half, two days of my memory instantly, even though when the incident happened, there was like five more minutes of match that I went through and actually executed very well.
Q: For you personally, was that frustrating for you, not being able to compete, having just won the World Championship?
A: Yes. I cant imagine anything in my career thats been any worse than that. I was lucky enough to cash in my Money in the Bank, become World Heavyweight Champion, at this amazing Monday Night Raw with this crowd that was electric and I dont know that we can ever reproduce again, and to have one week of some TVs go back, have a concussion, be out five weeks, have one title defense and lose it, Ive never been more frustrated in my entire WWE career when that happened.
Q: Talk about working with AJ and Big E Langston. Do you guys travel together?
A: Yeah, we do, not even all the time, but some of the time the three of us do travel together, and its been kind of cool because AJs another one who, as a child, wanted to do this like when I was five, I wanted to do this and Im doing it now I think when she was 8 or 10, she decided she wanted to do it and shes doing it. So thats brought us together. The two of us, maybe outside of work, never wouldve bumped into each other or said a word.
We are in Topeka, Kansas and your announcers are John Layfield and Michael Cole.
Our special guest makes his way to the ring so CM Punk can address the crowd. Before that happens, we see what happened on Raw when CM Punk and Curtis Axel were part of a tag team match against Darren Young and Titus ONeil.
Punk stands under the blue briefcase and he waits for the crowd to quiet down.
He says that if he was John Cena, he would give a very heartfelt speech about the Fourth of July and how much it means to be an American and how America was built on hustle, loyalty, and respect. Punk reminds everyone that he is not John Cena and he has a drastically different point of view than Cena.
He says that the Fourth of July means independence to him. It is a time when like minded individuals decided that they were not going to conform to someone elses rules. They were going to make their own rules and blaze their own trail and die for it if necessary.
Punk says that independence is important to him and if someone tells him that he has a series of rules to follow, he will break them. If he is told something and even if it was a smart idea, he was going to run away from it. When he was told that he would be the biggest thing after Wrestlemania, but he walked away. When he was told that Paul Heyman was a major asset for him at ringside, he told Paul to stay in the back.
Regardless of how good his track record is in Money in the Bank matches, he was told that the odds were against him in the All-Stars Money in the Bank match. That is why he lined everyone up and told them what he thought of them to prove them wrong.
He is a simple guy with simple needs. He has two simple goals. The first one is to get his hands on Brock Lesnar. He will get his hands on Brock and hold him accountable for the F-5 that Brock gave him on Raw. His second goal . . . and he looks at the briefcase and it is to win the Money in the Bank match and become WWE Champion again.
He says that those are his two basic goals and he has no problem telling everyone.
Alberto Del Rios music plays and Punk mentions that he is not done.
Alberto says that he was expecting more from CM Punk.
Punk says that Del Rio was expecting more from him, but Punk says that he was expecting more from Del Rio, like a cool car. Instead it is just him in a cheap suit. He wants to know what Del Rio wants.
Del Rio says that it is not about what he wants, it is about who he is. He is the World Heavyweight Champion. This is his show.
Punk agrees that Del Rio is the World Champion, but title or no title, it has never been his show. They air on Mundos and it isnt even Del Rios show. He wants to know what Del Rio wants.
Del Rio says that Punk is always making jokes. He asks Punk if they know how his people celebrated their holiday. They stuffed their faces in their backyards eating hot dogs, hamburgers, and French fries. They celebrate their freedom by watching television all day and play with the internet. They get fatter and fatter and fatter and fatter every day. Then they come to Smackdown and they cheer a filthy little pig named Dolph Ziggler who disrespected the Mexican culture and ruined his fiesta.
Then they chant USA (and the crowd starts the chant). They chant USA because they are nothing but a bunch of sheep.
Punk asks Alberto if he is the same guy who came out and championed how awesome America was until a few weeks ago. He was starting the USA chants talking about how fantastic America is. Now he is criticizing them because they saw through his Born in Mexico, Made in America crap?
They chant USA and boo Del Rio, not because he is from Mexico. It is because he tried to put on this façade and acted like a phony America. They see through him and they see Del Rio as the phony he is.
Del Rio says that Punk is always barking. He calls Punk a Chihuahua and someone needs to teach him some manners. Del Rio reminds Punk that he is the World . . . Heavyweight . . . Champion.
