The new standings after this week's Impact
are:

The last 2 league matches are on
next week's Impact:
Rob Van Dam vs Bully Ray and
Jeff Hardy vs Samoa Joe.
Here is the analysis
leading up to the final 2 league matches:
ANALYSIS:-(1) Samoa
Joe and James Storm are guaranteed in the top 4, whatever happens next
week.
(2) If Bully Ray vs RVD ends in a draw, both will qualify for the
final 4, unless Hardy defeats Joe by submission(which is very unlikely).
However, it's interesting to note that
if RVD vs
Bully Ray ends up in a draw, and Hardy defeats Samoa Joe by submission, then,
we'll have a tie at the 4th spot between Bully Ray and RVD.
(3) If RVD vs
Bully Ray ends in a DQ, and Joe defeats Hardy, then AJ Styles and the winner of
RVD vs Bully Ray will advance.
(4) If RVD vs Bully Ray doesn't end in a
draw or a DQ, the the winner of that match will advance, alongwith:
(i) the
loser of that match, if Jeff Hardy either loses/draws against Samoa Joe, or gets
a win by countout/DQ.
or (ii) Jeff Hardy, if Jeff Hardy defeats Samoa Joe by
either a pinfall or a submission.
(5) So, if it's given that Jeff Hardy
can't/doesn't win against Samoa Joe via submission, the best thing for Bully
Ray/RVD to do is to lay down in the ring for 15 minutes, and both of them will
be in the final 4.
So, there is still chance for AJ Styles to qualify,
And moreover, there is also a rare chance of having a tie at Top 4 position. The
fact that there still are so many possibilities with only two matches to go is
remarkable.
