According to
PWInsider.com, there are indeed long term plans for the TNA India Project, now known as Ring Ka King going forward. Indian wrestlers have been signed to long term deals while their North American counterparts have not. This could likely indicate that North American talent are currently being used as a stepping stone in order to help build up a fan base.
The fan reaction and heat some wrestlers have received is said to have been incredible. Most notably Scott Steiner who actually caused a near riot when he began to antagonize some fans in the front row. Former WWE Wrestler Chavo Guerrero wrote the following on
his twitter page regarding a near riot outside after thousands of fans were refused entry at the door of the venue.
