More Wrestlers Confirmed For TNA's India Project. More On The Series.


According to PWInsider.com, Scott Steiner, Abyss, Trevor Murdoch and Chavo Guerrero are all booked for the TNA India TV Tapings that will go down later this week. The crew left for India today.
There will be 26 episodes of the series taped between this set of tapings and a set of tapings in January. The series will debut on the Colors Network in India, with new episodes running on Saturday and Sunday evenings. So, Saturday's show will run into Sunday's episode, which would allow for cliffhangers and things to build the audience. A total of 20 American talents have been booked for the tapings with another ten Indian talents, who were trained by Nick Dinsmore, Savio Vega and Sonjay Dutt also scheduled to work the tapings. The series will premiere the weekend of 1/14-1/15 and will run for 13 weeks (26 one hour episodes) total.
