Hopefully, the masses will now understand that
we are descending to the Middle Ages, where the population, treated as lawless
serfs for a famine, is treated to work to the grave. While lower educated
people receive such a low wage, it requires at least two breadwinners per family
to earn a reasonable income and to be able to live properly according to time
and circumstances.
Politically, from a democratic point of view,
the European Union and its member states are put to death, unless the masses
realize that large political parties sponsored by Europe with big money are
systematically pushing the population back to the Middle Ages. Europe and the
European Union must be put out of action by the population, which only seems to
stand a chance if the right-wing parties exchange the center-right camp, for a
reasonable and realistic but also extremely right-wing and regionally oriented
policy, by following local standards to join together, and thus build a policy
towards the population, in reasonableness of each participating group and
population, with a reasonable division of interests according to participation
and commitment.
The wild European and general political
exploitation must stop, just like the total unreasonable compensation of
politicians, even where they are below par or often fail to deliver.
But the EU is going so far away that even a
Macron is starting to worry.

President Macron
wants the Belgian to lead a "conference" that considers how the
spectacle around top jobs can be avoided.
For the first
time in ten years, former Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt (open VLD) is sitting
in a regular seat in the European Parliament. Verhofstadt hoped to end his
career in the European parliament as president, but things turned out
differently. The hemisphere chose an Italian socialist, David Sassoli, as
chairman on Wednesday. He may be relieved in 2.5 years from a center-right EPP
member.
Guy Verhofstadt
will remain the Brexit coordinator of the European Parliament for the time
being. But French President Emmanuel Macron has another "top job" in
mind for the former prime minister: president of a European
"conference" on the future of the European Union.
Spectacle
Macron dropped
the name of Verhofstadt and his plan for a conference at his closing press
conference after the marathon summit. "The spectacle that we (European
leaders) brought was not so good," he admitted. "The working methods
and the appointment procedure must have changed in five years."
President Macron
believes that decisions at European level are far too far from the citizen. In
order to strengthen voters' ties, European transnational lists must be
established. Citizens and civil society must become more involved. The
functioning of the Union also needs to be improved: it is always too slow to
respond to crises.
No convention
It is striking
that Macron does not use the word "convention" because that term is
charged. Verhofstadt launched the European Convention on the Future of Europe
as Prime Minister at Laken Summit in 2001. This resulted in a European
constitution, which was rejected in referendums in France and the Netherlands.
Nevertheless, at least 90 percent of that constitution was incorporated into
the EU treaties.

Macron seems to see that the EU is on hot
coals, and that the EU backside will be seriously burned, if the EU helm is not
changed. His idea may seem good, but it is not. However, it is high time that
the population started to push itself away from the EU on the basis of a
right-wing policy, and pushed it back to what it should be, namely an
instrument to promote common interests, working ideas, with a greater eye for
public interest and a strong control of the wages and consumption of this body.
We can assume that the Macron Idea involves a maneuver, strategy and attempt to
prevent control by the political right and the people.
