They reach the third year in row, a balanced budget, which, in a time of economic and financial crisis, a special benefit may be called.

The executive Flemish Prime Minister Kris Peeters announced proudly that he and his Flemish Government succeeded to the budget once again in balance to close, but his vision and expectations seem premature. Peeters sees the crisis on its last legs walk, and apparently also counts here, considering he is the last remains of the government piggy bank has used to close a budget balance insured.

The belief in the approaching end of a crisis, while debt in southern European countries and the debt piling up mountains higher than previously settled, is a bridge too far. The famous snowball effect in the next years is to assert, and countries that did well shall be carried away.

The protectionism that will under pressure from public opinion and imposes trade unions, trade and economy threatens further be exploited and paralyzed. Many call for the private trade and prosperity to shield, and thus to safeguard their own interests, but the conclusion of the free trade also limits the supply and free competition and the consumer does not benefit.

Protectionism means that: "The protection of trade, industry or agriculture from their own State or Community by tariffs, import restrictions, export premiums, etc."

To clarify protectionism one must imagine a family or clan to belong, which everyone has a different profession or craft, and trade and service limit within the own clan, but all by all we can buy everything we need.

We maintain such way each other and ensure each other's sales and profits by manufacturing and services. We limit ourselves therefore in utilizing further supply from outside, and confine ourselves to new developments from outside. We also limit our own growth and isolate us from any evolution that is happening outside our community, while our friendly and peace assuring by contact with neighbors and environment will be lost.

The globalization of trade and industry is certainly not a threat to the prosperity of a country. Europe goes under through uncontrolled flow of Europeans and foreigners through the area while for Belgium even as an extra income that legislation and jurisdiction are extremely lax, and not adapted to the whole of the European Union, while the police are limited to its own territory and insufficient may occur in cross-border crime, with increase of criminality near the borders.

Both commercial industrial and combat crime must remain global and not limited by stupid protectionism.

Globalization should never degenerate into throwing open borders and uncontrolled access to an area, without provisions against transnational crime, as we know it today.

Globalization, however, can be without patronizing interference in the internal affairs of an area by overarching governance. Each region should have the opportunity to continue to own internal organization culture, size and needs, of course within reason of humanity and rights for the community and the individual, and without hindrance or threat to neighboring communities.

The crisis is far from over, and the snowball effect is still underway, making each community a policy must align security and future. Collateral and future means, however, that one should strive for fiscal surpluses and allowed can sleep on both ears as long as these surpluses in the checkout can store. The government crisis would have learned that one must build a savings account and have, would not it afterwards with the buttocks exposed. As long as there are countries within the European Union that are monetary in a precarious position, the whole Union interconnection with threatened, and it is the wealthy that the others will have to keep right.

The European Union is built on a soft and unstable ground, but the Union stands, an unforgivable error, where first the substrate should stabilize and drain.

The Union is a patchwork of States which monetary, economic and social can't complement each other, while laws and collective development are separate by centuries, just as the collective mental development and hereditary influences by area and its population.
