    The selfish feelings that reach towering above the socially responsibility, where the behavior is determined by irresponsible own sense of value and antisocial impact in society brings about. One can speak of insanity if the person is unable to distinguish between reality and fiction to see, and therefore fiction as their reality is seen.
    Megalomania is mainly due to a need for a higher level to achieve or maintain than they actually can achieve or maintain. Because Megalomania is inability to give oneself in a proper social context, and could this be considered a form of, or related to "Pseudologia Phantastica"
    Many of these people are confronted with their own inability a place in society to win, giving them a place on an imaginary self image attempt to conquer, a direct result of a lack of social intelligence and integration.
    Curiously performs this phenomenon only in western society of individualists on, as a result of irresponsible granting of position and status on fictitious properties of a person, both in government as in the private sphere and business.
    The Western individualism that lack of social intelligence has emerged to egocentrism and the extreme need them above the surrounding society to set lies at the basis. Curiously, this phenomenon is not, hardly or extreme exceptionally visible at individualists in black Africa or Asia Minor, and all in all it remains largely confined to the western peoples and their descendants. Moreover, it is this phenomenon that forms the basis of the Aryan development reflection and gives this phenomenon in their offspring as the nobility and the descendants of Western nations which run on the planet have spread, and through the extreme need for self-aggrandizement are recognized.
    The contempt that these people look down on others is typical and also basic to Western nobility and Judaism and the Bible, but given today by people mixing, far beyond these borders. Megalomania not accept rebuke and ignore own errors, while any reprimands may lead to anger and ruthless revenge. Their efforts to reach the highest level often adjoin the unbelievable, and they spare nothing and nobody to achieve their target.
    Oddly enough personal ambition of Westerners, a result of individualism, often a phenomenon that egocentrism feeds, but reasonable and adequate social understanding make that many of them, all in all, with both feet on the ground remain and the reality don’t lose.
