De ene raapt waar het te halen valt, de andere kweekt waar het kan groeien. Heel zuiders is: je eigen paddestoelen zoeken in de bossen, heel 'vlaams' is: je eigen witloof kweken. Gelukkig kunnen we zowel voor het een als voor het ander bij de handelaars terecht. Smakelijk.
Mushrooms, you can  find them in the woods, if you know wich ones are tasty. We buy them, just to make sure... As for endives, none as good as the ones you grow in your own garden.
