Onderweg weer een aantal mooie strandjes gezien.
Again a few nice beaches along the way.
Het strandje in Davenport is enkel bereikbaar via een smal padje, maar het is de moeite van de wandeling meer dan waard.
The beach in Davenport can only be reached over a narrow small walkway, but it's certainly worth the walk.
In Santa Cruz was het plan om te ontbijten op de Boardwalk, maar dat is dus niet gelukt..

Tijdens de tocht vandaag, heb ik Dirk terug ontmoet die een late start genomen had. Dit was natuurlijk het signaal om een stuk samen te fietsen. Super! We hebben verschillende hotel bookings, maar we zien elkaar zeker terug in Big Sur (of misschien sneller ergens onderweg).
During the trip, I met Dirk again who took a late start. This was of course the signal to cycle together for a while. Super! We have different hotel bookings, but see each other again back in Big Sur (or perhaps sooner somewhere on the road).
