Ralph Nathaniel Fiennes (Suffolk, 22 december 1962) is een Brits acteur. Hij werd opgeleid aan de Royal Academy of Dramatic Art en werd in 1988 lid van het theatergezelschap de Royal Shakespeare Company. Hij is de broer van acteur Joseph Fiennes.
Zijn filmdebuut kwam in 1992, in de vorm van de rol van Heathcliff in Wuthering Heights tegenover Juliette Binoche. Hij verwierf internationale bekendheid door zijn rol als Amon Goeth, de commandant van het Nazi-concentratiekamp in Schindler's List. Hij kreeg een Oscarnominatie voor beste mannelijke bijrol. Zijn tweede Oscarnominatie kwam in 1996, dit keer voor Beste Acteur in The English Patient.
Fiennes was ook te zien als Lord Voldemort in "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" en "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix", en in "The Constant Gardener."
Fiennes had van 1995 tot 2006 een vaste relatie met de achttien jaar oudere Engelse actrice Francesca Annis. Aan deze relatie kwam een eind door een buitenechtelijke affaire van Fiennes met een jongere zangeres.
Fiennes is nationaal ambassadeur voor Unicef.
