Meer over derde Riddick

Enkele dagen geleden zagen we nog de eerste concept art voorbijkomen op FilmTotaal. Nu is er meer bekend over het plot en kunnen we ook de titel van de top op heden onbetitelde derde Riddick film bekendmaken. De opvolger van The Chronicles o Riddick (2004) moet namelijk The Chronicles of Riddick: Dead Man Stalking gaan heten. Opvallend.

Daarnaast meldt de website Corona Coming Attractions, dat het script heeft gelezen, dat we een "meaner, leaner" Riddick (Vin Diesel) gaan zien in de derde Riddick van David Twohy. Het artikel meldt ook het volgende: "The character has given up the Necromonger crown, shrugged off the shackles of civilization, and returned to his home planet of Furya. The only problem is that now he’s being stalked by deadly creatures and deadly mercenaries." En de website beschrijft de film als "The Road Warrior to Pitch Black’s Mad Max; a stripped-down, hard-edge actioner that just happens to take place on a world where there’s three moons and mud demons and trisons and two shipfuls of mercs hunting down the galaxy’s most wanted man."
