Julia Mary "Julie" Walters (22 februari 1950) is een Engels actrice en schrijfster. Ze is in Nederland en België vooral bekend door de rol van Molly Wemel in de Harry Potter-films.
Walters won diverse prijzen. Ze werd genomineerd voor een Oscar en won een BAFTA en een Golden Globe-award.
