Althea Rae Duhinio Janairo (Honolulu, Hawaï, VS, 2 januari 1962) is een Amerikaans actrice.

Carrere speelde onder meer rollen in Wayne's World, Wayne's World 2 en True Lies. Ze speelde de rol van Sydney Fox in de serie Relic Hunter en brak in de jaren '80 door in de serie General Hospital.
