Daryl Hannah (Chicago, 3 december 1960) is een Amerikaanse actrice. Ze speelde in vele speelfilms waaronder Blade Runner, Legal Eagles, Steel Magnolias en The last days of Frankie the fly. De blondharige actrice maakte haar filmdebuut in het jaar 1978, maar brak pas goed door vanaf haar rol in de film Splash, waarin ze een zeemeermin speelt die verliefd wordt op een landbewoner.
Na een aantal jaren uit de schijnwerpers geweest te zijn, kwam ze in 2003 terug met de rol van Elle Driver in de film Kill Bill van Quentin Tarantino.
