Uit de uitgebreide keuze van ca.120 bieren proefden we volgende bieren: - Abbaye de St-Bon Chien 2010 - Strong Sour Ale. Matured in mixture of 11 oak barrels: 6 Pinot Noir, 2 Chardonnay and 1 Pinot Gris de Neuchatel, 2 Merlot du Tessin. - BFM
- Smookscreen - Smoked Porter - Croocked Moon - True Rebel - The first produktion from Croocked Moon's hand. "True Rebel", becoming a true rebel of an American Pale Ale. Dryhopped with Columbus and Chinook - Croocked Moon

- Beer Geek Brunch Weasel - Brewed by Mikkeler at Nogne O, Norway. This Imperial Oatmeal stout is brewed with one of the world's most expensive coffees (Vietnamese Ca Phe Chon coffee), made from droppings of weasel-like civetcats. The exceedingly rare Civet Coffee has a strong taste and an even stronger aroma. - Mikkeller

- Dirty Horse 2005 - Lambik, first fermentation for six weeks in sherry oak casks. 200 grams of Northern cherries per litre and yeast were added after six months. Eight months later, the young ale was pumped over to oak casks, and maturation for another 3 years. - Struise Brouwers - Jaipur - IPA - Thornbridge Brewery
- Wild Swan - White gold pale ale - Thornbridge Brewery
- Import v.1 of Love & Regret - Brewed at 't Hofbrouwerijke. The base is German barley & wheat, with a touch of Belgian aromic, accented with grassy hops and a array of spring botanicals (heather, chamomile, lavender & dandelion) - Stillwater Artisanal De honger werd gestild met een stoofpotje van konijn in Morpheus Wild (ik) en een vispannetje met tongreepjes, zalm en scampi in een sausje van Cuvée d'Erpigny (Fleur).
