Het "Leonbergerbed" zal binnenkort ingepalmd worden door de pups, want nu reeds halen ze hun speeltjes er af. Als voorbereiding op hun nieuwe thuis, komen de pups, één na één een tijdje in de living en het salon om er aan te wennen. En wat is er leuker dan een dutje te doen op het "Grote Leokussen"? Neenah blijkt heimwee te hebben naar 2 april, want nu de box is ontmanteld, gaat zij zich voortdurend in de buurt leggen en brengt haar pups mee naar binnen. Net of ze wil vertellen: "Hier is het allemaal begonnen"
Le "lit Leonberg" sera bientôt propriété des chiots, parceque maintenant ils prennent déjà leurs jouets du lit. Comme entrainement pour aller à leur nouvelle maison, les chiots, l'un après l'autre, vient dans le living et le salon pour y habituer. Rien n'est plus amusant que dormir sur la "Grande coussin Leo"? Neenah semble aspirer à 2 avril, parceque maintenant que le box est démonter, elle se trouve dans l'environnement et elle apporte ses chiots dedans. Comme elle veut dire: "Ici, tout a commencé"

Vandaag was een mooie zomerdag en Viviane had het prachtige idee om met de overblijvers naar de zee te trekken. Met de Leo-mobiel trokken wij richting Zeebrugge waar we dicht bij het strand konden parkeren. Eerst was het de beurt aan Maestro (oranje-wit), Milton (rood-wit) en Max (geel-zwart). De tweede ronde was voor Maya ... (geel), Mayble (roze) en Maximus (blauw-wit). Na onze kennismaking met het strand hebben ze de hele weg terug en tot een stuk in de namiddag geslapen. Vermoeiend zo'n zonnige "zandwandeling".
Aujourd'hui c'était l'été et Viviane a eu une merveilleuse idée d'aller à la mer. Avec le Leo-mobile nous étions partis vers Zeebrugge où nous pouvons stationner près de la plage. D'abord c'était Maestro (orange-blanc), Milton (rouge-blanc) et Max (jaune-noir). Après c'était Maya (jaune), Mayble (roze) et Maximus (bleu-blanc). Après l'introducion à la plage ils étaient très fatigués et ils dormaient dans le Leo-mobile et aussi presque tout l'après-midi. Très fatiguante une "promenade de sable".
Today it was realy summer and Viviane had a splendid idee to go to the see. With our Leo-mobile we went to Zeebrugge where you can get rid of your car near the beach. First it were Maestro (orange-white), Milton (red-white) and Max (yellow-black) who went into the sand. The second round was for Maya.... (yellow), Mayble (pink) and Maximus (blue-white). After al short walk in the sand they were very tiered and they slept the whole way back and also a part of the afternoon to. Exhausting such a sunny "sand-walk"
De pups gingen mee met de trein, hetzij heen of terug. Op het stationsplein kregen wij enorm veel aandacht van wandelaars, pendelaars en toeristen. Alleen Maximus en Maya krijgen volgende week een privé trip!
Les chiots sont allés avec le train, soite allez ou retour. Sur la place de la gare, nous avons reçu beaucoup d'attention de randonneurs, des voyageurs de train et les touristes. Seulement Maya et Maximus auront un voyage privé la semaine prochaine avec le train!
The puppies went along with the train, either way go or return. On the station square, we received a lot of attention from hikers, train travellers and tourists. Only a private trip next week with Maya and Maximus
Vandaag helemaal ander weer. "Het was geen weer om een hond door te jagen" zegt men hier, dus dan maar alleen naar buiten. Alhoewel met de paraplu had Viviane direkt succes. En waarom zou je een rustig privé plaatsje zoeken als je met een hele bende in een veel te klein "huiskennel" kan liggen..... lekker warm toch? En regen...... talk to the butt, wij willen in de tuin! Maar plots krijgt Viviane alle aandacht... hoe zou dat komen denk je? Ja, ja het dinner wordt opgediend. En achteraf is er tijd voor een lekker kluifjes!
Aujourd'hui c'est la pluie! "Ce n'était pas un temps de metre le chien en dehors..." on dit ici? Alors Viviane seule en dehors. Avec le parapluie ella a beaucoup de succes. Et pourquoi chercher une place privé si on peux entrer dans un trop petit "chenil de l'intérieure"... c'est bien chaud! Et la pluie....."talk to the butt", nous voulons dans le jardin! Tout à coup, Viviane obtient toute l'attention....comment c'est possible? Ah oui, le diner est servi. Et pour finir le jour, il est temps pour un petit truc à mâcher.
Today totally different again. "It wasn't a weather to send the dog out" it is said here, so then getting out alone. Although with the umbrella Viviane had. And why would you seek a quiet private place if you go with a whole gang in a much too small "House kennel" ..... nice and warm right? And rain ... ... "talk to the butt", we want in the garden! Suddenly Viviane gets all the attention ... How would that come do you think? Yes, yes the dinner is served. And afterwards there is time for a nice chewing stuf
Zondag was het nog eens een prachtige meidag. De pups konden weer een hele dag buiten spelen en zelfs slapen onder het goedkeurend oog van Viviane die ook nog de bezoekers welkom heette. Ondertussen ging Dirk met Indigo, onze reu, naar de Sint Servaas ommegang in Grimbergen. Wij hadden toegezegd om daar aan deel te nemen. Sint Servaas is de patroonheilige van alle werkende dieren en wij met de Belgische Leonberger Club daarheen, gekleed als boerkes en boerinnekes. Het was echt wel plezant!
Dimanche il y avait du soleil et c'était agréable. Les chiots en dehors pour jouer et même dormir. Viviane avait tout sous contrôle et elle faisait l'acqeuille des visiteurs. Entretemps Dirk était à Grimbergen de prendre part à la procession du Saint Servaas. Saint Servaas est le patron de tous les animaux travaillants. On était là avec le Club Leonberg Belge, habillé comme des agriculteurs. C'était très amusant et le Grimbergen était superbe!
Sunday it was a sunny day. De pups could get out to play and even to sleep. Viviane had everything under controle and had even time to welcome some visitors. Dirk went to the procession of Sint Servaas at Grimbergen. We were there with the Belgian Leonberger Club. We wore farmer cloths and we had a lot of fun, espacially with the beer Grimbergen after the procession!
Alle pups werden gevaccineerd, kregen een chip, werden een DNA staal afgenomen en.......... ze kregen allemaal een Europees paspoort.
1. De jongens: Wit-Oranje / Wit-Blauw / Wit-Zwart / Geel-Zwart / Wit-Rouge Tous les chiots ont été vaccinés, ont eu une puce, un test ADN et........ ils ont tous obtenu un passeport européen.
