That is up 29.23 million who watched the address on Iraq in August.
According to the Nielsen ratings, the speech averaged 30,773,369 on seven networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, Fox, Fox News and MSNBC) when it aired live at 8:45pm.

You can tell that Lindsay Lohan is sober just by looking at her: her lips are artificially pumped up and she looks bored/disappointed with the state of things in her sober life. While drunk and/or high, she didn't realize that life was so boring and that she didn't have a job. She is going to have to do something about being bored (or sober) here soon.
