Just days after he hit the Golden Globes with longtime friend, singer Jenny Lewis, the Love and Other Drugs star was spotted dining in Nashville, Tenn., with the country cutie, People reported.
According to the mag, Jake, 30, and Taylor, 21, shared dinner at a restaurant called Boundry, near Taylors place in Nashville.
They did eat, a restaurant patron told the mag.
Before anyone jumps to conclusions about the pair, they were cordial to one another, but not affectionate, the patron said.
Another source told the mag that the two seemed to be enjoying each others company.
There was no holding hands, but they seemed happy together, the source told People. They sat next to the fireplace just chatting away.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, after a couple of months of dating, Jake and Taylor reportedly split in December. The couple never confirmed their relationship.
Back in August, Paris Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits was arrested in Vegas for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
Now, it looks like Waits faces a felony charge of "being under the influence of marijuana," and misdemeanor charges of "possession of marijuana and driving under the influence."
If convicted, Paris' BF could get up to four years in jail! Yikes.
According to the toxicology report, there was marijuana found in Waits' blood around the time of his arrest, and given the fact that being on ANY drug in Nevada is a felony, it looks like he MAY be in trouble.
His arraignment is scheduled for Feb 17.

Disney Star Says Topless Photo is a Fake and She Just Might Seek Legal Action Against the Originator
Selena Gomez, the Emmy-winning 18-year-old actress best known for her starring role as Alex Russo on Disney's "Wizards of Waverly Place," has become the latest young Disney star to become embroiled in a
topless photo scandal. Like some of her Disney predecessors and contemporaries -- Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Hudgens, Adrienne Bailon -- who have been caught up in nude and partially nude photo scandals, Selena Gomez recently has had to face the humiliation of public exposure via Internet. Unlike those same Disney predecessors and contemporaries, however, Gomez is denying the topless photo circulating the World Wide Web is a picture of her and maintains that the image is photoshopped -- a fake.
According to TMZ, Gomez's representatives are so incensed by the topless photo that they are actively pursuing the originator of the image and plan to prosecute the photoshopping wizard when he/she is eventually caught. The celebrity gossip website notes the normal course of events in such situations following identification of the culprit is to serve the person responsible for the topless image with a cease and desist order, which is then followed by a lawsuit.
"The alleged photo of Selena Gomez is absolutely not her," Gomez's reps told TMZ. "Selena's family is pursuing all available remedies to deal with the offender."
The photo is a simple image of a young woman leaning against a cloth-covered object in front of a what appears to be a hotel door (or maybe even a trailer door). The photo depicts the woman from the waist up, topless. The face is Selena Gomez's. But Gomez and her representatives insist that the photo is a Photoshopped fake, that she has been attacked by someone attempting to smear her reputation.

In the final chapters of The Deathly Hallows, fans know that Severus Snape is killed at the Shrieking Shack by Voldemort's snake, Nagini. Though the iconic death is still a go, the location and tone of the scene have been dramatically changed.
Andrew Ackland-Snow, the art director for DH, reveals that the fall of Severus will happen at the Hogwart's Boathouse, rather than the Shack. You'll recall if you're a fan that the Boathouse is a crystal structure that sits on the lake near Hogwarts. The idea is to give a more "dramatic" and "romantic" feel to Severus' death.
And before you all get to booing because they've drastically changed something from the book, let us just add this: J.K. Rowling specifically signed off on this. In fact, according to Andrew, she "loved" the idea.

Lady Gaga casting transsexuals for 'Born This Way' video
Lady Gaga looks set to record the video for her new single 'Born This Way' soon having started the casting process for transsexual screen stars.
According to celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, the singer's entourage headed to a New York transsexual party recently to cast for the video for the single, set for release on February 13.
According to Hilton shooting starts next week (beginning January 25), although further details of the video haven't been released yet.
Considering shes somehow managed to completely duck the label of adulteress despite obviously cheating on Hans Molemen with Matthew Rutler, youd assume Christina Aguilera would keep her nose clean and quietly ride the wave of acceptance Hollywood somehow continues to offer her. The whole thing was troubling. People felt bad for Julianne.
The two reportedly didnt get along on the set of Burlesque which is unusual considering theyre both women. Anyway, in case we needed further proof Christina Aguilera is pregnant besides the giant breasts everyones looking at instead of reading this Ditto! now shes straight losing her shit at the drop of a hat. Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber To Star In The Film "The Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore Strange But True Story"

HOLLYWOOD - According to Justin Bieber's publicist Poindexter Clickowitz Justin will be starring with Lady Gaga in MZM Pictures production of The Ashton Kutcher And Demi Moore Strange But True Story.
Clickowitz said that at first the part of Ashton Kutcher, which Justin Bieber will be portraying was offered to Joe Jonas of the infamous Jonas Brothers.
But Joe apparently balked at the idea of having to kiss the much older, maturer, and lascivious Lady Gaga.
When young Jonas was asked if the fact that Lady Gaga has a pretty good sized bulge in the crotch of her groin had anything to do with his decision, Joe smiled and made the 'just a little bit' sign with his thumb and index finger.
Bieber was then offered the role and he jumped on it immediately saying that ever since he dated the voluptuously big assed Kim Kardashian last year he has had quite a yearning to snuggle up to the four sexy main body parts of much older 'cougars.'
Justin has already written two of the songs for the film. He will sing one at the beginning of the movie and the other one at the end as the credits and the movie outtakes role.
When asked for the song titles Bieber answered that the first song is titled, "When I First Saw Demi's Big Old Knockers I Almost Fainted."
He grinned, took a sip of his Coca Cola Zero, and said that the film's closing song will be, "Cellulite Ain't Nothing But Cottage Cheese That Don't Ever Go Bad."
When Lady Gaga was asked what she thought about working with Justin Bieber she replied, "Justin Bieber? I thought they told me that I was going to be getting it on with Joe Jonas."
Lady Gaga rolled her eyes and said that she guesses that Justy will do okay especially since he has been with Kim Kardashian.
